  1. Reach out to your congress person. Tell them if they can reach out to NBC on your behalf.
  2. I am not sure in which state you are. In NY it is taking almost a month for a judge to dismiss. I would say reach out to them by Dec 15. you should hear anything by then.
  3. That's good. Did you ask them how long judge will take to dismiss?
  4. That's why we are here to help you!! Best of luck.
  5. Why don't you reach out to your judge's clerk to find out from him/her if they have received the motion from your attorney? If they did receive then how long it would take take for judge to dismiss.
  6. Once you make the appointment. They will send you a confirmation email. What exactly did you receive from them?
  7. Once you go to your filed office they will be able to tell you where is your file. I think your file is at your filed office. That's my guess. Yes they should be able to give you an appointment. I made 3 appointments for my i-485 when it was pending.
  8. make the infopass appointment. Calling customer service is waste of time. You will not get anything out of it. You need to go to your field office to get the update.
  9. What's your field office? Check the processing time of your field office. Also make info pass appointment to find out the status of your i-485.

  13. reach out to your congress person to get you an update on your VAWA. It is very strange after reopen they have not made any decision.
  14. you can write to Vermont to request the Prima Facia or you get help from your congress person/senator. They should be able to help you to get the Prima facia. Good luck!
  15. I do not think you can track this anymore unless you have old USCIS account.
  16. You need to send to Vermont.
  17. it is not gonna hurt your case. However, this is most useless agency i have seen. I have reached out to them 3 times in the past but they could not help me. You might be lucky so go ahead and reach out to them.
  18. I would say wait for your denial notice then take it from there. You do not want to make a same mistake on the new i-485. I would reach out to your congress person who can get you a copy of your denial letter.
  19. Usually USCIS process by itself. You do not need to do anything. However each case is different. I had similar situation. I made the info pass appointment to get the status of my i-485. You can do that as well.
  20. One you have receipt notices. You will get automatic extension up to 180 days. https://www.uscis.gov/eadautoextend
  21. Yes it is normal. I would say give it 1 more month if you don't get it then involve your congressperson. Lately for some uscis is taking 2 to 3 months for receipts.
  22. no just send to Vermont.
  23. You are sending to Vermont. It is safe to travel. I traveled almost 7 times on AP there was no issue whatsoever.
