    Iirc, 3 of those 4 were all from Mexico, and maybe one from the Philippines, not sure about that fourth one though (very small numbers considering the amount of applicants in those countries). Since it’s IOE they can’t have physically lost it since the petition isn’t a physical petition anymore. the I129f is definitely dead for this case since the I130 has already been approved. Even if NVC has 0 knowledge about the I130 at all, USCIS still will know it was approved and will promptly deny the I129f being that the I130 was already approved. Any I129f expedite will just be an expedite to the I129f’s denial

    Yeah,  I've done it several times.  I don't appear to be the outlier either.  I've been talking to several people who were approved around this time who still haven't reached the NVC.  So far I only know of one person who was approved 04/2019 and he was approved after 7 months of waiting

    I’m not any kind of attorney but I would say yes. I say this because USCIS has nothing to do with the Embassy or the countries laws. And K1 is a non-immigrant Visa but just handles like it is an immigrant visa. So I guess short answer is yes, as long as you qualify for it. Also, the NVC doesn’t require anything for the K1 so it gets a case number and gets sent to the embassy where your partner lives.

    Depends, field on Nov 27, 2019 got NOA1 immediately. 
     
    Today Dec 6, 2019 I received NOA2 and my I130 was sent to NVC. I did call and request expedite and never received an answer ( Dec 4, 2019)

    I requested an expedite. They never replied just approved my expedite.

    I filed online Nov 27, 2019 and immediately got a NOA1. My service Center is Nebraska. 
     
    Today is DEC 6, 2019 8 days after I filed and I now have NOA2 and says they have sent my I130 to NVC.

    I have a deployment next year that I cannot push. It was unexpected but my team is next in line
