Finally got it! after 4 calls to uscis!

hahah yes, i really didnt expect that, i checked the previous records on visa journey, it usually takes 20 days from production to mail, but mine is like 7 days. Hope i cant get it soon!

After so many calls, today finally the old status website updated that my card is being produced, since the POE date 27th Mar. But same as Jon&Ygritte, the my USCIS account didnt update any.

Lucky u! Seems POE after July received the card much faster.

thats very funny, the 30 days passed again. just called the USCIS, waiting for half hour to talk a specialist, the specialist used a robotic tone told me 30 days means 30 business days, first time heard about this, the specialist submited my request last time didn't highlight 30 business days at all, as well as the message sent in the my USCIS and so far my case hasn't been assigned to anyone yet. 
 
And the funny thing is that, he asked me to talk to the tier 2 officer asking about this, then i asked him can you connect me to the tier 2 officer now, then he replied that now all the connection to tier 2 is down, only will be fix at 8am monday morning. I was like ........
Today im just so "lucky" talking to a specialist like this,  nearly yelling at me during the conversation, I never had experience like this. 
 
I hope he is not the one im going to talk to on monday. 😂

I would say it really depends on your luck lol. thats great that you will be receiving it soon. 😉

thats great! hope you can get the card in hand soon! im still waiting though, USCIS supposed to me get back to me yesterday but they didnt. i think im gonna call them next week.

Haha i dont feel positive to USCIS also, now really just calling and waiting and calling again.

Mine is LA on 27 Mar, still waiting .....

i had the interview yesterday, submitted the paper form on the spot and the CO didnt ask anything regarding the 5540.

my interview is on 2nd Mar, and i just got it today from the embassy that i need to fill up the DS5540 and bring it along to the interview.
Hence i suggest you to fill it in anyway as in the end, you still need to complete and bring it to the interview.

My case is once received the interview appt date letter then changed the status from at NVC to In trasit, and mentioned that the interview date has been provided. 

Hi guys any updates on your side? My case got completed on 9th Jan and now still waiting for interiview appointment email from NVC... it's been a while.

I would as it is usually easier to get it in your home country, and it will be one less ting to worry about when you get to the US. My wife now did the same thing, just make sure they keep the right passport, she took her previous 3 along with her new one, and after she she was on the way out she noticed they kept an old one, luckily she was able to get back into the embassy interview area and fix it before she left.

Really need your help on this...hope someone with similar experiences can answer.
 
We are applying for the CR-1 visa from Singapore, and both of us currently live in Singapore, we just submitted all the required civil and financial docs together with the D-260 form on CEAC. 
 
And as we want to move back to US, my hubsband (US Citizen) is looking for the job now and want to relocate back to US. 
 
So my concern is, if he gets the job and needs to move back to US before my interview, will it have any impact during the interview?  The employment information we provided on the D-260 was for his job in Singapore and so if he were to change jobs, that would mean there will be misalignment from the job info that we provided to NVC.  Can we just mention this to the embassy consular officer during the interview and will they ask for any additional documentation?  If additional documenation is needed, will they issue a 221g or will they accept the documentation on the spot?
