Those are issues best discussed with an attorney.
Her overstay is forgiven, however, working on a B2 and how she obtained a social security number, while being out of status, may cause some issues.

As long as she didn't claim to be a US citizen in order to work, it should not be a bar for AOS purposes in her circumstances. She should not work again until she has an EAD or green card.
