    That’s not true. We’ve seen tons of divorce waivers being approved here without an interview. Of course the attorney will tell you that; they want people to hire them for something easy. Regardless, good luck tomorrow. Do report back

    None. After biometrics, your case will be under “actively being reviewed “. Could be days, weeks, months. Totally contingent upon your local field office. If it’s an emergency international trip, and you don’t have the interview date yet, you should buy refundable tickets. Or pay the penalty for changing them if they give you the interview date after you buy them. Your call.

    Imho these are not needed nor relevant. It’s ok. You have the leases, so this shouldn’t be a concern.

    Yeah but my case is kind of unique. Yes, I never had an interview for my AOS, because my local field office had closed due to COVID. However, they did mail me a letter from the local FO requesting for the evidence that I was going to submit in my interview. So maybe in their system I count as an interviewee for AOS. Who knows.

    Howdy everyone! Today I woke up to a status update: my N400 interview has been scheduled!!! August 30th at 8:00 am!!! Anyhow, I was planning on bringing my copy of the 751 package, and updated evidence of the N400 from the time Of submission, and of course the documents they request in the letter. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!! Tomorrow is my 40th birthday, this feels like a good birthday present. FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS A MI!!

    As some of you may know, I applied for my 751 back in February 2022. My N400 has been pending since February 2023, and it has done nothing to "unlock" my 751. It has somehow been the message in VJ that the N400 speeds up the 751, but I just wanted to throw a word of caution out there and say it is not necessarily the case. So don't have high hopes when you submit the N400 and spend close to $800. At this pace, it seems that none of my files have connected to each other, and that my 751 will run its natural course as if I had never submitted the N400.

    Hi everyone! It’s hard to believe that my window to file for N400 is opening soon! I’m looking for feedback on my application. Based on three year rule. Form N400 Hubbys BC 2021, 2020 and 2019 IRS tax returns bank statements from 751 submission til now ( a year). 4 bank statements. Joint health insurance (both through my employer and his employer) Joint vehicle insurance for both vehicles. Joint house deed . I was thinking of taking pictures, flight reservations, etc etc for the interview (most likely it will be a combo since my 751 is pending). Any feedback is highly appreciated

    I was looking at the poverty guidelines and maybe I fail to see what their true meaning is… but for example it says that for a family of 9 the requested income is about 58k/year. How does a family of 9 survive with that income? Either they’re off, or hubby and I need to budget better
