  1. wishing you goodluck and a hasslefree process.. and I hope it goes well for you too..
  2. While it may be easy but in my experience with GC... it was hasslefree with an immigration attorney and it saves time and time costing mistakes hence its worth it but thats my personal opinion from experience..
  3. Any suggestions for a good immigration attorney in Orlando FL for applying for N400( citizenship )..?
  4. When does one know or recieve NOA from USCIS of the exact interview date after filing N400 online ... is it after NOA for biometrics that they send another NOA for interview date or do they let you know in the NOA immdiately after filing online or does one recieve NOA a few weeks after filing N400 of their biometrics with exact interview date... that way its easy if there are any emergency international trips that may come up if you have exact interview date given by USCIS...
  5. Even if one takes the tests succesfully, is it not required that the individual be of sound mind without any mental illness.. they count depression as mental illness when a person goes to a doctor and is diagnosed
  6. Oh.. what is form N648 something he mentioned.. Thankyou for the reply.. poor guy looks very stressed about that
  7. A family member who is eligible for naturalisation a few months from now has been diagnosed with major depressive disorder which is termed as mental illness. However he is undergoing treatment for the same with a psychiatrist. He has no other health issues nor is he on benefits or any such and never has been and clean medical history What are his chances of becoming a citizen when he applies....
  8. How long is the current wait time in India when you apply for DS-160.. and how long did you have to wait to get an interview date
  9. Oh wow... yeah.., no one in their right mind would hope to get approved after 800 days of absence. Not sure if any such instances are there but your words give me much hope for my situation. I deeply appreciate it but you know anything concerning immigration is always stressful cuz regardless of what rules and conditions their website says.., in reality they have a mind of their own and its very unpredictable... in my experience.. one should not expect that CBP at the POE will entertain anything unless there is any documentaional proof.. and yeah not having any definate set of days that you can stay out of the US without worring about losing your LPR status is worrisome all the way...
  10. Hey Mike, while you maybe correct why CBP always stops me for second questioning and that gets me very anxious to travel outside the US even though its not vacation but very necessary trips considering my mom's health. What are your thoughts on chances of being denied citizenship as one has spend 8-9 months in total outside of US soil but no trip exceeding 6 months any any time... do you know of anyone who got denied citizenship on these basis even though they have spent less than 1 year abroad...
