Many of you remember me. I had a 204c FRAUD CHARGE on my I-130 that came last March 2021 while my i360 was pending already. even @sandranj gave me less than 1% chance. Many people here encouraged me but gave me less chance since I had a fraud charge

I received NOID on my i360 last November asking me a list of things that seemed impossible (I posted my  NOID notice here) but I tried to gather proofs. Sent response to NOID on January 31, 22 and today booooommmm card production.  Applied i360 October, 2019.

You are fine. Just be patient and I know it not easy. I have been there and know what feels being uncertain about your case. Focus on what you can control, basically yourself, by keeping busy with activities and stuff. Whatever happens will happen and you'll deal with it as comes :).

I see, I hope so, I sent it in May 2019 and it shows it was received in June and they issued first Prima Facia as well.

I received about 4 of the Prima Facie letters. Prima Facie is a good sign. it mean everything looks good so far but we might need some additional information or they might not need anything.

I inquired through congressman, twice, first time USCIS said that case was received in November 2020, rather then May 2019, even though I do have receipt and Prima Facia, so I asked congressman to inquire again to help resolve this misunderstanding.

Attached is the response I received few days ago, I'm not sure where the application is. can any one please shed some light on it. ?

My recommendation is to always keep your Case# Private. 

In my case, I sent it Oct 2018 and the correspondence was received in Feb 2019.  Since you are a 2019 filer I expect that you will hear some news later this year, either Approval or RFE.

I used the same form from my marriage. The law firm I hired did a fine job with my case.

Of course. hang in-there my friend. Once your VAWA is approved and Transferred, things move pretty quickly depending on your local center. I am in Dallas.

No I was summing it up.

RFEs were prior to the EAD. After the Two RFEs were reviewed, I got the C31 EAD, a few weeks later I got the approval letter.

Some get RFEs some don't.

and thats it,,says everything looks gud..also mentioned that i have two i485 running says she gonna cancelled the old one out....then i just had a nudge that it is done,

i went home still no update and bam this afternoon...i got the joyous update CARD IS NOW IN PRODUCTION

 

SO GLAD MY JOURNEY HAS ENDED. i  pray for evryone whom are looking to get approved soon you will dance for joy as i am dancing now

 

i cant wait to go see my family after  7 yrs in this country..chai

note. i only submitted psychology report in vawa and it was approved...this is for those who think they dont have enough abuse proof.. pls just submit what u can and pray!

Which taxes did the officer ask for? Did the Interview Notice request taxes?

Don’t worry you’ll get your approval. It’s case by case basis but you should see it soon.

go to the interview and As them to put the I-485 on hold in Abeyance of the I360. Also consult with your lawyer if you have one.

Folks, what does 'security check' mean and how long does it take? Do you think I should contact the senators ( not congressman) and is there anything I can do in this situation? It's been 26 months and still waiting.

Sounds like good news. It seems that your case is almost approved and pending security checks. I waited 3.5 years for my VAWA so I'd say your case is within average time. Just be patient

Hi It depends. Mine took 44 days for the first RFE, 4 months for the second RFE. Other people two weeks or even a year. Its case by case basis and depending on work load. Hang in there it will be done soon

Those are good. Make sure the Therapist and psychologists specialize Domestic violence and submit a long and detailed report. Also submit solid evidence of residence. Also get a competent Lawyer that knows VAWA. But you are on the right track

10/2018 filed replacement EAD since my ex won’t give to me 

5/2019 refilled for my EAD

01 2020 received first EAD and then second EAD in august 

04 2020 first RFE for proof of abuse 

June 2020 response was send 

oct 2020 2nd RFE proof of residence 

feb 2021 response was send 

march 2021 c09 EAD renewal sent 

June 2021 notification of  EAD approval for my C31

now waiting for my card to arrive. Next is my green card journey.

Thank you @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj You advice was spot on about my RFE for proving my residency with my abusive spouse. I am so happy now. Half of my worries are gone. Now, begins the green card phase. My I-485 was on hold in abeyance. So I hope it won't be long before an interview.

Anyone still waiting on their I-360 RFE review?  It’s been > 90 days for me 😔
