We had our interview.

They asked me 1 question, to verify the last 4 of my social . My husband they asked all the security questions in the 485 . No personal questions were asked. I tried to hand over additional docs and he was all no thank you we already have plenty from you.  I was blown away how laid back our "interview" was . After he was all you have a nice lady to my husband and my husband was all "yeah until she rearranges the furniture" 🤣🙄  

Today checked status and our card is being produced . 

Got a notice yesterday that our interview is scheduled . 

No updates here.  No nothing my husband wants to work. 

Filed mid Feb no biometric , no work permit update,  no reschedule , no biometric , just no news. None .smh

Nah, sounds like you're good. The fact that they've cashes the cheques means they've accepted the packet. Sometimes people don't receive confirmation texts for some reason. Just be on the lookout for NOAs in your mail, then you can start keeping track of things with the receipt numbers.

Exactly ^^^ can take up to a month to get a notice.

Interestingly enough it is not at the closest  ASC ie Mount Laurel NJ but in Philadelphia, PA. I wonder if the interview  will also be in Philly.  I will report back with my experience.

Got noa1 by text for all 3 cases last night . Sent 18th they recieved 24th.

Hoping for work authorization to be speedy .

Filed february 18 , delivered February 24. Now the waiting game begins, again.  Lol

He recieved his visa today in the mail and I do in fact feel silly 🤣

Hey all so I am part of the UK k1 visa group and a few people who went to interview at the same time as my fiance (this last monday ) received their visas already . London it usually takes only 2 says of administrative processing but now we are heading on 4 days. I know it sounds silly to be so worried but I am . On london uk site it says 7 to 10 days but I found it so disheartening that everyone elses was approved fast . Worries me that we messed up the ds 160 somehow. I suppose it's because I dont understand the process of administrative processing . London everyone gets it . He got an approval at the interview and no 221.  This whole process fries the nerves.  Hope monday the website says issued . If not then have to wait until Thursday . It's not real in my head until it says issued and he has his passport back.

I'm happy to help . It was sent in the mail.  We havent recieved any emails from the embassy . Only from nvc I suggest joining the facebook group k1 visa uk . Many people in there never recieved a letter and are already done with interviews . It will help ease your mind .

Also the medical questionnaire on the website for medical is out of date . They had him fill out a new one that had 2 additional questions . He asked for a blank one to show others.  They declined giving it to him .

There is no p3 from london . After a few weeks my fiance in UK got a letter from embassy with a link to UK embassy site and no other instructions 😂.  Many dont even receive this letter and go on to interview . My fiance did his medical with the nvc paper as proof, scheduled his interview ,and did ds 160 all without it .  London embassy for k1 you dont have to submit anything to embassy ahead of time you bring everything to embassy. It's all very DIY.

G 1145 is the notification form you can submit with any package it has all your contact info etc it's not mandatory form but many send it with their petitions . I wish you the best of luck . Thank goodness for greenbaum 🙌 always has information to help

Your email address wasnt with the notification form you sent in with your k1 package ? That's the email they have been using for us.

I was wondering about the letter from NVC, did you all get a hard copy with your case number? We got NOA2 in October and haven't heard from NVC yet. We recieved a email from the nvc after the embassy already had our file . Nothing from nvc in the post just email .

Interview booked for dec 16

London embassy sent a letter in the post with a link to the uk embassy site. No p3 or anything of the sort . No information at all lol just said to follow directions on site and schedule appointment. Seems like a very laid back embassy . Medical was done on friday .  Nervous as can be for Monday for my fiance . I wish I could be there with him to support him . Its nerve racking stuff . This whole process I have been anxiety galore so I would probably just make him more nervous if I was there. Whole process is so emotional and scary.  

Embassy received our stuff a couple weeks ago but we decided since my man wants to spend Christmas with his family we would wait till closer to holidays for the interview so we aren't rushing with the medical.  The big interview is December 16th . UK embassy didn't send us p3 just a email from nvc.  I really wanted to spend Christmas with him but at same point hes the one whoose going to have to adapt to so many new things  so I'm just sitting here patient and full of support and love. And anxiety.  But mostly love.  Hope those waiting for Noa2 get it next week .  I check this forum a couple times a week still hoping to see more good news .
