    Hello Leslie,

     

    I was looking at your timeline and saw you sent in form I29F after filing the i130. It seems that everything went so quick for your process. Do you think sending in the i29F is worth it and might speed up the i130? 

    What steps can you suggest ?

      Sorry for the delay. Wow, time really flies fast. Yes, I can't confirm it but the same day that the I-129F was denied the I-130 was approved. Might be a coincidence but I think it worked. I hope this helps.

    So something in my spirits told me to call Uscis to get an update...And to my surprise my center is changed to California with no update what so ever !! I been follow Nebraska all this time!! And she could give me any processing time on that center

      I heard that they usually relocate cases for faster processing... not sure if this is true or how it works

      You can send the Embassy and email asking about the status of the case. Yes, if there was a concern at the time of the interview, it would have already been addressed.

      If they took the passport this is a good sign and if they were concerned about a lie... I believe it would have been addressed at the time of the interview. I thinks things will alright. Did you get a response from your email?

      @FU-MY  Congrats on getting the case number, I remember that morning very clearly because I was able to log in and make the payments. This is a very exciting step.
