@Greenbaum I have a few questions
1. We have used my (beneficiary) office address as the postal address in the I29F application as I had plans of moving to a new place. Will they use this and not my old HOME address when they send the NVC?
2. Should I ask my fiance (petitioner) to update my current home address to USCIS?
3.I am originally from the Philippines and currently working in Australia under a post graduate visa, when we filed the I29F application, I have used the Sydney embassy as the place of interview as I am currently in ACT. Is there a possibility that they'll ask me to be interviewed in the Philippines?
Thank you so much!

Hello everyone,
Just wanted to ask, our NOA2 date of approval is 11th of February 2020, when shall I ask my fiance (petitioner) to prepare documents such as bank statements, I34, etc?

Hello, happy for everyone who already got their NOA2 approved. We are currently 141 days from NOA1. Patiently waiting praying.
I also want to ask if creating a USCIS account is a requirement or just an option?
Thank you and God bless everyone!

Try not to think about other folks, I know it's hard but you'll only wear yourself down. Been there so I know what you are feeling. I'm sure it's coming soon.
Thank you so much. Really trying to be patient and just pray. I just really want to be with my fiance. Thank you again for the support.

Hi all,
I just wanted to ask who else has the same NOA1 date with ours - SEPTEMBER 12, 2019?
Also, when is it okay to follow up about our visa app?
Thank you and Happy New Year to everyone!

Usually 99% of the people who apply for a K1 visa have no problems with the process. The only thing that people have a tendence to do is have no pateince. Knowing when you will get adjudicated will give you the best yeardstick in which to measure your progress. Expecting any sooner or questioning if their something wrong only adds stress. It's best to trust the process.
THANK YOU
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you! Happy new year!

Hi all,
Our NOA1 date is September 12 and the NOA1 date being processed now for CSC is September 15. Should we be worried that there might be a problem and when can we call to follow up our application?
We'll keep on hoping and praying that everything will be alright.
Thank you very much and have a happy new year.

@Brazasian saw the update on the Case Tracker app. Then I checked on the website, and confirmed that we were indeed already approved. 😍
I signed up for updates on the USCIS website, and I did get an email of the approval. But I didn't see it until later. 😅
Thank you for your reply and Congratulations on your approval. I am really nervous as it has already been 110 days now and still waiting. Still hoping and praying.

Hello everyone,
What kind of notification should we expect for NOA2? Will my fiance who is the petitioner receive an email first or should he wait for the letter via post? Also, when will our status in the USCIS change?
Our NOA1 date is 12th of September 2019 and really hoping and praying that we get our NOA2 this December.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to everyone!

When you submit your initial packet to USCIS, they just want min like meet 1x in 2 years, intent to marry and criminal records etc are original certified copies etc. ie check docs. At the interview stage is when you need the SIGNED I-134 along with the support $$ docs.
Our Relationship proof was like 9 trips with itinerary, landmark photos, screen shots of apps and facetime, air and train tickets with names, receipts of rides and tour packages, restaurants.
Our intent to marry packet was very thick...
Quotation from hotel
Wedding planning book
Pastor reservation receipt
signed letters to marry
sample wedding wedding card ppt
I134 is now like about 100 pages thick
Our attorney want us all smooth in the first submission to avoid RFE.
Did you include tax returns and police clearance as well on your I-129F application?

Wow! Now I know why. Ours is not too thick but I hope enough. I really hope it will be approved without any delays or RFE. All I can do now is wait and pray. Thank you so much and good luck with the interview.
Please update me on how it goes.

Wow! that's quick! congrats to you and good luck with the interview. In 3mos. time you got your NOA2. That's great. Your application must have been really good.
On our application we already submitted the tax returns of my fiance and my police clearance. I hope that's okay.

I think your main occupation is MASTER STUDENT. Your petitioners income is what that matters. My beneficiary did some KFC work PT as a college student, but we excluded that. Its irrelevant.
Thank you for that. I am a bit relieved now. Yeah, maybe what's important is the petitioner's income.

No need at this time to send the tax returns as you will need to have the 2019 returns for the interview next year
get those done as soon as possible and when they are processed by IRS, get a transcript of them (from IRS) to send to fiancee
Thanks so much!
I really hope that it would be approved.

Hi to all,
I want to ask if will it be a big deal if I wasn't able to include in my employment details the part time cleaning job that I have done in year 2016 in the I-129F K1 Fiance visa form. I am the beneficiary. I studied Masters in Australia and while studying, did part time cleaning jobs for several months. I paid tax and the job was legal. I just thought it's part time so I did not include it. I only included the ones related to my studies, from Internship to full time employment in the field of Finance.
I am just a bit worried so I just want to know if I should be worried or what.
Thank you so much in advance.

Hi all, I would like to ask what document would be similar to a certificate of employment for my fiance (petitioner) who works for the air force?
We haven’t received the letter from the NVC yet but we just want to be prepared as early as now. NOA2 date - Feb.12, 2020.
He has prepared the Statement of service and addressed it to NVC. Will that be okay? The statement of service just provides his position, date join, date when he'll be discarged and awards received.
Thank you very much!
