  1. Did you include tax returns and police clearance as well on your I-129F application?
  2. Wow! Now I know why. Ours is not too thick but I hope enough. I really hope it will be approved without any delays or RFE. All I can do now is wait and pray. Thank you so much and good luck with the interview. Please update me on how it goes.
  3. Wow! that's quick! congrats to you and good luck with the interview. In 3mos. time you got your NOA2. That's great. Your application must have been really good. On our application we already submitted the tax returns of my fiance and my police clearance. I hope that's okay.
  4. Thank you for that. I am a bit relieved now. Yeah, maybe what's important is the petitioner's income.
  5. Hi to all, I want to ask if will it be a big deal if I wasn't able to include in my employment details the part time cleaning job that I have done in year 2016 in the I-129F K1 Fiance visa form. I am the beneficiary. I studied Masters in Australia and while studying, did part time cleaning jobs for several months. I paid tax and the job was legal. I just thought it's part time so I did not include it. I only included the ones related to my studies, from Internship to full time employment in the field of Finance. I am just a bit worried so I just want to know if I should be worried or what. Thank you so much in advance.
  6. Thanks so much for your reply. May I ask when did you receive your NOA1?
  7. Thank you so muych @SuznAaron I never thought i can take up to 10 months just for your NOA2 to be approved. I will keep on praying for our petition to be approved the soonest.
  8. Hi Hank, thank you for your reply. - should I put blank on the bank account/assets/liab? - as to the dates of the document, is it okay if the dates are a bit early considering the processes now take longer than the usual? - what do you mean by case file is in the embassy? do you mean application has been approved?

  10. Hello everyone, Our NOA1 date is September 12, 2019, here are my questions: 1. When is the best time to prepare documents for interview? 2. Is I-134 a requirement? If yes, does the my fiance (petitioner) really need to provide the details of his assets and liabilities? 3. I was checking my status online through USCIS and it just states, "On September 9, 2019, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Numer ----------, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by October 9, 2019, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.", when should this be updated and what status should appear? Thank you so much.
  11. Hello everyone, I just wanted to ask how long is the processing for Fiance visa lately? Do you think there's an advantage that my fiance works for the US Airforce? Thank you very much!
