This is my update right now.
Since we have known that we will receive NOID, We hired a new lawyer who had worked on cases like this before to help us prepare our response to USCIS.
April 1, 2023 We hired a new lawyer.
April 11, 2023 We started preparing the documents as the lawyer told us to.
October 27, 2023 We received NOID, They gave us 87 days to respond.
January 5, 2024 Our lawyer sends all documents to USCIS.
January 8, 2024 Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Was Received
And that's the current status right now.

You may not be seeing a follow up of members going thru the same issue as they did not succeed with a waiver as the Law for immigration under the AWA is strict
Although a lawyer will take your money,its pretty hard to overcome the immigration law when it is in place to protect the immigrant
Are u sure it was a NOID / USCIS suggests a NOIR which is revoked petition
Under the 2006 Adam Walsh Act (AWA), certain U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents who have been convicted of a “specified offense against a minor” are preventing from sponsoring family members for immigration purposes. This means a fiance, spouse, child, sibling, niece/nephew or parent will not be allowed to obtain a green card or immigrate to the United States to be with his or her family member if that family member has a qualifying conviction.

Hello, My case is IR1 and NVC has already sent me my documents are qualified and I am waiting for my interview so my question is my husband has already submitted 2022 tax transcripts so my interview is gonna be after 7 month do they need the updated tax transcripts if I already submitted and get qualified ? Please help

our 2023 tax returns are needed if interviews are scheduled after April 15th, 2024
if that is the case, the I 864 for both petitioner and the joint sponsor will need to be updated along with any W2's and /or 1099's for 2023

Hey guys I need you all opinion on this. I went for my interview yesterday 11th and after I was questioned and all, the counselor noticed my Affidavit of support form was not the right one I came with for the interview. So he told me to go get the right one and email it with my passport to the embassy. Please I want to know if that's a denial or I still have a chance. I have the rightly filled I-186 form now and I am planning to DHL it tomorrow.

I’m a February 2022 filer I’ve noticed there are other filers who filed after me 4 up to 6 months and are getting interview dates because they are reaching out to the congressman. Does the consulate have any consideration for those of us who filed way before they did, and scheduling us a visa interview much sooner than the interview date that they are getting ? It is disheartening Casablanca is doing this for those of us who had to wait for all these months. It is completely unfair and such an injustice. My congressman recently reached out to them and awaiting a response but would we have a priority since we filed way before the ones who are already getting interviewe dates and them
being June to July 2022 Filers ? Does anyone have any idea of how this works?

Have u received any notice to fill out the ds 160 after paying the fee?
that would be needed to open the scheduling page to schedule your own interview
still wonder about paying that fee as that's for tourist visa and embassy site says to pay there at interview/ paying it at the bank may have messed u up

Writing on my timeline to provide insight to other filers . Our case has been at the Consulate since 7/20/23. Apparently it can take from 4-6 months to get a reply from the Consulate. The call center number is useless because the agents do not schedule appointments and they have basic information which they state when you ask questions. The emails that are on the website go unanswered. The silence is deafening. But what I have learned through this difficult journey is patience. I am thankful for this time because during this waiting period me and my Fiance have been getting to know each other more. I think it's so important to know each other on deeper levels. To be honest even married couples say that they never stop learning from one another. I hope this post serves as encouragement to others. Have Faith that everything happens for a reason. Get to know one another more and more so that when your fiance arrives everything can just fit into place. 🥰

Do the Moroc forum a big favor and ask Casa is changing the system to pay the ds 160 for K1 as the US embassy site still says to pay it at embassy / we normally pay for tourist ds 160 at the bank but not K1.

After my visa interview the CO gave me 221g white paper and ask me to submit all my previous passport that has expired which I did and it's been 30days now. Please can someone help me out. Thanks

uscis revoke my case because my evidence delivered late on 25 after that they get it then send to nvc they can do that after revoke?

That is the progression when a case is revoked
it is returned to NVC and NVC returns it to the USCIS service center
in about 6 months the USC will receive the notice and have to respond to the NOIR with actual proofs that the CO issues are not the case
tried to get the progression earlier but u said responded to NOIR/ it has to go thru the process to be retruned to USCIS office and USC has to respond

My case was get back to uscis after interview and I submitted evidence to them again but it was delivered to them July 26 and they revoke the case 25 but they was saying they take with the day I submitted it to usps on July 29 I got updated saying sent the case to nvc idk what is this ?

i would not worry about the address on the1099 being different than tax transcript address /important part of taxes is name and SS # the same
What does 221g yellow slip mean? The U.S. issues the yellow slip to a visa applicant when the consulate needs additional time to review the documents. The USCIS does not explicitly state how much longer your application would take. In most cases, your documents just need more time to be validated by the officials.Jan 16, 2023

Hello everyone,
Can anyone help me with my question? USCIS approved my petition. First, it was approved in November last year, and then it took a long time for the NVC to receive it. NVC having no actual reason, sent my case back to USCIS for review. This past month, USCIS approved my case again and sent it back my case to NVC. I have not heard anything from the state department (NVC). I have a feeling this is going to delay again. I don't know for what reason. It has been a frustrating process. So, do you guys think, at this point, I would need to hire an immigration attorney? Does anyone encounter similar issues with the process?

they can not support u at the intervew
for K1 there is no appeal for a denial
so, if denied, marry , seek an attorney and ask with informaiton on freedom act, find out the CO"s issues
and refile
the case could have been sent back to USCIS because of their oversite to include all documents and not a big problem
and it seems to be taking 2 months or longer to hear from NVC that the K1 has been sent to embassy

For anyone interested, my wife used my account to help so many of you. She did this because she got banned on her own account for no apparent reason some while back. She formerly posted and helped so many under the name “nicknick” I believe.
Unfortunately she passed away this week after a two and a half year battle with cancer. She even kept up her support for y’all during this time, and I know many many of you appreciated her input.

i too. lost a spouse to cancer (back in 2007) and i can understand its not only a loss of her but a loss now of direction. we had so many plans for our later years after retirement and they were suddenly gone.
and for the many she may have helped here , i say thank u from all of us
