    Hello, My case is IR1 and NVC has already sent me my documents are qualified and I am waiting for my interview so my question is my husband has already submitted 2022 tax transcripts so my interview is gonna be after 7 month do they need the updated tax transcripts if I already submitted and get qualified ? Please help

      when was the case completed at NVC?

      our 2023 tax returns are needed if interviews are scheduled after April 15th, 2024

      if that is the case, the I 864 for both petitioner and the joint sponsor will need to be updated along with any W2's and /or 1099's for 2023

      the documents can be taken to the interview

    Hello everyone  my cousin petitioner was over seas for months and wasn’t working and now if they don’t meet the poverty guidelines number on the tax paper what should they put for solution?

      your cousin should secure a joint sponsor /follow  instructions for the I 134 or I 864 as we don't know the visa type

    My question was different sir I said is it okay to file the copy with water mark on it ? Because the copy says don’t file Clint copy so I was worried about that, I would like if someone help me on this

    Hello everyone can you help NVC has accepted all the documents but I couldn't file the federal tax return because it was filed wrong and I am waiting for the amended tax return but they said it takes more than 20 weeks what should I do I already email them but they keep asking for the tax transcript And someone told me to file a complete copy of it but there is a water mark on the paper saying don’t file Clint copy would that be a problem? do you have any advise please help 🙏🏾
