    Hey guys I need you all opinion on this. I went for my interview yesterday 11th and after I was questioned and all, the counselor noticed my Affidavit of support form was not the right one I came with for the interview. So he told me to go get the right one and email it with my passport to the embassy. Please I want to know if that's a denial or I still have a chance. I have the rightly filled I-186 form now and I am planning to DHL it tomorrow.

      u r immigrant and married to USC,  the USC fills out the I864

       

      anyway,  its not a denial,  CEAC will say refused while u r in AP

      decision will be on the site when it visa is issued or denied

       

      the CO said to send passport so its a good sign

    In the case of CR1 IR1 visa from Nigeria. I was notified my case was documentarily qualified on the 15th Dec 2022 and I am yet to get an interview date. Please I want to know if I have to personally register and chose and interview date myself or do I have to wait for the NVC to send me an interview date? Secondly how long does it take for an interview date to be scheduled? Please I need answers. Thank you

    My wife has an end stage renal failure and she just had a transplant.

    Please I need an advice. On a case of IR-1/CR-1 visa. Does anyone have an idea how I can expedite my case? What do I need to do? What are the criteria to expedite my case? Do I need to have a reason before I’m qualified to expedite? Please can anyone help?
