I wouldn't think so, for Sydney.  It is a low fraud consulate.  My husband and I had seen each other recently by the time he had his interview in Auckland, and he went armed with evidence of time spent together after we filed the petition, but they really didn't ask to see any of it.

We joke that since NZ is such a wonderful country, anyone who wants to leave is seen as an anomaly and not questioned, LOL.

Way more than you'll need for Sydney.

Don't forget evidence of termination of any prior marriages for you both.

You'll be fine.  Best of luck!

Ok. Thank you everyone. From what i can tell (and by majority rules). I should get new photos taken to stick with USCIS requirements.
giving my fiance a copy of my passport photo will make me look better in person. Photos in wallets are too cool to ever die. and love at first sight can stand the lengths of time.

thank you everyone for your quick responses

I did see that too. I just remember seeing someone else mention that if they havent changed much in appearance (drastic hair colour change etc.) it could stil be ok...

It could be fine and I’m sure many have done that without issue. At the same time, my advice would be to not deviate from the instructions.

If you look awful on your passport photo, he'll think you're a goddess when he sees you in person. 😉

You can use the old ones, as they're not THAT old.

You'll need more photographs for the embassy stage and when you move to the US, for AOS. And another one for your fiancé to carry in his wallet.
