There is an update in my I-360 today . What does this mean ? 
New card is being produced !! This is not i-765

I was sure this moment would never happen for me but… a notification with “new card is being produced” was sent tonight!! After 1004 days my Vawa was approved without any RFE. Applied on November 19 2018. Exactly 33 months. 
im so happy and relieved. 
now waiting for approval notice and a new card. Hope these next steps would be faster than ever! 

Hi everyone. I can't believe that I am writing this, but it is real. I thought it will never happen. I got an interview notice for I 485 after VAWA approval recently. Hopefully this will end soon and I will go on with my life. I can't find any information, how is interview process for i485 after VAWA approval? What should I bring with me? If I have kids listed in VAWA case, but they are abroad, do I need their original birth certificates? I am lost, overwhelmed and can't wait for interview day coming.

If they are asking the preparer's information is because you put someone's name there. If you filed out the form without any help  then you must  put your name and sign on part 3-item 7a-7b.

Why was it mailed? I always personally picked up my medicals, start to finish it would take up to 5 days. Likely just the bloodwork and flu shot, but some vaccines are also periodic. I had to get tetanus shot, since it expires every 10 years.
Some people get stuck with pending background check status. It happens to maybe 10% of cases I think, so hopefully you'll be able to avoid that.
I know some officers will be picky and if you're leaving a section blank you need to put "N/A" in it, otherwise they might think you just forgot to fill it out.
Do you have C31 EAD? That should serve pretty much same purpose as I360 approval. Although I do not actually know the process of applying for I485 after I360 approval that well, maybe someone will elaborate. I do not think you need a lawyer for I485, it's I360 that required a lot of evidence and stuff, I485 is much easier.

It says "if, then."
Because that question doesn't apply, put "none" or "N/A" or "-----" or (if it permits) "self".  Lots of options.  The big thing is your signature!

Just resend it with your signature. You maybe sign the preparer part with your signature and that's why they requesting the prepare information.

Omg guys! This means my case was approved right?!! As you can see my case has been pending for 3 years! My daughters and I are crying right now! When will it actually say approved? 

I'm October 2018 filler, No work Authorization and no Approval yet.  May God help us.

  January 19, 2021 Case Was Approved  December 2, 2020 The Post Office delivered your new card to the address you gave us. December 1, 2020 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card. November 30, 2020 We mailed your new card your Form I-360 directly to the address you gave us. November 25, 2020 We ordered your new card. August 21, 2018 We received your response for Form I-360 July 13, 2018 We mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I-360 May 29, 2018 We received your Form I-360

Hello ! November 2018 here. In case you didn’t contact USCIS yet (directly or via senator or representatives ) I would suggest to do so. I know the pain on waiting so much, I can clearly relate to this but stay strong 

Hey dear. I am from November 2018, and had same response from USCIS to senator. I also wrote to Ombudsman but never heard back from them. I do not know what to do else😭.

I hope everyone plans to have a safe, socially-distant holiday. Let’s give thanks for another day above ground to keep fighting. Take it from someone who was frantic at every step, it will be okay. The journey takes patience and resilience. When my I-360 was approved, I never received any information that my case was transferred except for my attorney receiving interview notice 3 weeks after approval. Try to be proactive, but stay busy to keep your mind off every step. The wait is daunting, but totally worth it in the end. I pray for lots of approvals by year end. There is light at the end of the tunnel for sure. Health and prosperity for everyone. Stay blessed you guys❤️.

Biden has been always a champion of women’s rights and was the pioneer of the VAWA bill. On his official website, he promises to speed up the process too. I’m quoting below; 
 
Increase visas for domestic violence survivors. Under the Trump Administration, there are unacceptable processing delays for adjudicating applications for VAWA self-petitions, U-visas, and T-visas. As president, Biden will end these delays and give victims the security and certainty they need. And, Biden will triple the current cap of 10,000 on U-visas; this cap is insufficient to meet the dire needs of victims and hinders our public safety.

3rd August 2018 Applied 
14th Oct 2020 Approved.
 
I had already sent  I765 for 3rd EAD and they took the fees as well. and saw this Good News ........
 
I wish we all get approved. Don't lose hopes and don't over think your approval is coming don't worry .....

I thought the same thing while waiting back then...it felt like they forgot about my case..others were getting approvals..but hey nothing is wrong at all..it will get to you..believe me there are petitioners waiting from 2017..if you want you can contact your representative..it helps to draw attention to your case..and in turn may set the ball rolling! Otherwise be a little bit more patient. It's coming!😊👍
