    Yes, it does. I had my interview on the 18th too. It changed from ready to Administrative Processing and from Administrative Processing to Issued on the 19th.

    They are not scheduling interviews and they aren’t mailing issued passports too! This is so frustrating! 

    A friend says it took 3 weeks before he got his passport from them! 🙁🙁🙁

    Was wondering if anyone has used Adobe Scan to scan your documents. If so, have you ever had any issues? Has NVC accepted them?

    It took 6 weeks before I got my case number from NVC. My case was sent to NVC on 22/2 but got my case number on 5/4
