I am currently in US now with my family. Embassy asked me to submit my passport, new medical report  and 2020 tax return from my wife which i did in January 2022. The embassy held my passport till the Ban expire in April 2022. My visa was issued in May 2022. I think you have to wait for the Ban to elapse. Once the ban is over your visa will surely be issue. Just hold on and have faith.

4 years ago, I was refused entry and handed a 5years Ban  which will end December 2021.
I had my IR-1" visa interview March 24th 2021. Every question went well  After the interview the CO told me she'll keep my Passport but will not approve my visa now, in the next 3-4 days decision will be made concerning it. She handed me Form 221G ( i was expecting the CO to ask me to fill form 212) and another paper showing my right in US.
Still have not heard from the Embassy. My application was updated  on the 26th March, 9th of April, 19th and May 17th 2021. I was expecting My status change to "Administrative process" or "Refused" but still showing "Ready" for interview Up till date.
I have called( I was asked to hold on) and send the Embassy message but no reply.
My wife called NVC last month NVC told her that Lagos Consular ask them to send some documents to them which have been forwarded to them.
Please i just want to know if someone have been through this route. What steps should I take. Thanks

I never said the sneaker 👟 was a used one

In one of my visit to US I sold one of my sneakers for 50dollars to a friend. On my next visit to US at the Airport an immigration Officer went through my phone and saw my WhatsApp chat with my friend about the 50dollars sneakers transaction. The Officer said I have Violated my B1,B2 Visa. He cancelled my B1, B2 visa and handed me a 5years Ban. I was sent back with my return ticket.

Selling things for profit is good but do they declare it. US 🇺🇸  don't play with Tax. Not paying Tax is big problem. If immigration notice it is a big issue.

B1, B2 visa is for tourist and visiting not for business. Selling things for profit is wrong. When It comes to immigration rules alot of things can happens which we don't know. I pray no one meet an immigration Officer that is so mad. He/she can nail you at a little mistake. One of the mistakes I made was not applying for CRI visa with my wife. Then I wasn't ready to relocate to US.
 

Unlikely a waiver would be resolved that quick.

Just keep hope alive. Lagos is kind of slow in processing visa this period. A friend got his visa last week after weeks of waiting for his visa to be issued. 
I still don't understand why applicant Case Status keep showing 'Ready' for interview after interview. I hope everything work out fine.

I am not sure about the bans but all I would say if it looks questionable to people on here it is certainly going to look questionable to any CO.  Still not sure on your timeline as to when you have met your new partner and it got to the wanting to marry each other stage.  You need to start documenting everything now to show a bonafide marriage, but as other people on here have stated it seems like you will be facing a difficult, long uphill battle.  If you love each other and want to be together it may be worth considering you both moving to your country which I would imagine is going to be a lot easier and shorter process.

It's very uncommon, but the petitioner can be interviewed for the I-130 (if not yet approved).
Typically this is for cases where there are some unusual circumstances that they suspect the marriage may not be legitimate. For example, marriage while under the age of 18 can be a flag for forced marriage.

Hi, I did not get a lawyer for any of the process for my husband's green card.  Today I received the approval of his waver.  I wrote it myself and just made sure to get others to read for me for proof reading and grammar.  I did not pay anyone a cent only the application fees. I sent all the proof that I could from my bills to tons of pictures. Letters from my children and family members, people from the community and my job.  I did not have any medical or any grave conditions.  I wrote the hardship letter from my heart and detailed everything we have been through and detailing the reason why it was not good for us to go to Ecuador and sent proof of all the corruption of the politics, the kidnappings to US citizens. I also stated health and medical insurance and the lack of it in Ecuador. Education and how bad it is for my children.  I detailed everything with facts and sent proof.  Things I googled and sent. One time sent and we got approved.
 
Hope this helps.  Look for sample letters here of people who have been approved.  that helped me a lot.
