    Update!!!
    On 09/13, my I-131 and I-765 was approved after 206 days. 
    Does anyone know how long it will take to receive the combo card in mail?

    My I-485 case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview for 74 days. My lawyer said that doesn’t mean much. Just that they were no issues with the application and it’s now sitting on someone’s desk somewhere waiting to be processed.

    The new process at USCIS requires the I-485 to be adjudicated for eligibility before they will process the EAD, so that they aren't issuing EADs to people with dummy or ineligible I-485s. What I think happens is that when your case is ready to be scheduled (not everyone sees this status change though), it means that a 'signal' has been sent to the NBC that your EAD is now eligible to be processed, usually after you have overcome any RFIEs. The interview may still take some time to schedule depending on the processing times at your Local Field Office.

    Anyone see the latest Estimated Processing Times now for EAD/AP, updated on the USCIS site today?!?!
     
    Wow...it is absolutely insane!!  These people should be gravely ashamed of themselves!!
     
    6.5-8.5 months, current PD date has dropped dramatically back to September 16, 2018!!!
     
    This disgusting disgrace must end!

    your status is "AOS pending" like many of us here (adjusting from various other visas). Just make sure you don't try to work or leave the country until you have a combo card in hand!

    Per the post, OP went out of status after the biometrics appointment, so AOS was filed while in status. 
     
    To the OP: As said, you are in pending AOS status which wouldn’t affect your application.

    No issue on this filing. The only issue would potentially be if it was denied and you had to refile (depending on your basis for filing AOS).
