  1. Nope, i only received my NOA by mail with my case # on Wednesday (12/14). So by the time I typed it in, it already said "Case is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS", updated on 12/08. You will receive a separated NOA, the Online Account Access Notice, with an unique Online Access Code (expires in 90 days) to add your N-400 case through https://my.uscis.gov/account , then moving forward you'll be able to see n receive all the docs through your online portal. BTW which state/city are you filing from? The speed can be vary depends on where you are.
  2. Yes, finally! NOA dated on 12/06/22, received by mail on 12/14. Biometric Reuse & Online Account Access both dated on 12/08, received by mail on 12/16. Today my I-751 finally changed its status to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". Pray for a combo interview soon!!! Now, I gotta dive deep into those CIVICs questions. I bet yours are also on the way too.
  3. Filed N-400 and had the NOA dated on Dec 6th. Today my I-751 finally changed to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction". Pray for a combo interview soon...
  4. Used the old people way, mailed my package out. It was received on Dec 2nd. Hopefully I'll get the NOA receipt very soon. Knock woods folks!
  5. This link is super helpful! Preparing my N-400 filing right after Thanksgiving this month. A cover letter is the way to go. I appreciate you very much!
  6. I see. I misunderstood that the OP is the victim of DV, if so, then the 3-year rule can still apply. Thank you!
  7. How wonderful! Congrats! I'm with Los Angeles office. Hopefully, those IOs here can be as friendly and understanding as yours in SF. Like you mentioned, a top competent immigration attorney would save the whole world for peeps like us —— funny thing is, I have no joint bank statements, with only 2018 joint tax as well lol. So knock woods! If you don't mind, could you please share if you filed your N-400 under 3-year rule? Or it was recommended to go with 5-year rule? Thank you so much!
  8. Submitted my ROC back on Feb 2021, had my fingerprint done on August 2nd, 2022. It's about 18 months to me, since I had my name changed. Patient is the only key. You may not even need to go get your biometrics done like I did. Most of the peeps here got their fingerprints reused. Fingers crossed!
  9. Thanks so much for sharing! I’m in LA and going to file my N400 this November, also had my I-751 filed with waivers, just did my biometrics this week. So hopefully I’ll get a combo interview down the road. Good luck to your I-751! You’ll get your oath ceremony notice in no time I’m bet! BTW, Do you mind sharing the experience of that surprise home visit? Just wonder if you 2 were still living together at the same marital location and if the visit happened after your interview? What was the purpose of the visit if there had been a divorce undergoing? Much appreciated!
  10. Actually it's been more than 10 months since I first changed my address and my attorney actually sent the request letter three times. Sadly till the moment i received the biometrics notice from 2 weeks ago, my address was still not updated, still with the old one, so the mail was super delayed, almost missed my appointment. I just feel like the USCIS they are super backlogged and messy these days. And i don't think they even sent any confirmation letter for the address updates before pandemic, me personally never got it. The quickest way to check is to call USCIS to ask an agent for confirmation. That's been my experience.
  11. WAC just had my I-751 Biometrics in DTLA. Super nice and supportive staffs! When I asked if they are gonna reuse them for N400 later, they said no, there will be another bio again for N400 later...Not sure if it's the newest updates or just that ISO's own experience. Just wanna share my experience. good luck everyone!

  13. WAC Case Was Received Last Status Change: 525 days ago. 7/15/22 NOA -- Biometrics App 08/02/22 (NOA arrived on 07/26/22) ffs it's been 525 days since "Case Was Received", now FINALLY moving forward for fingerprints. Guess they don't like those prints they had from my AOS app lol. Fingers Crossed! P.S. It's been 10 months since I submitted my request for Changing my Address, I sent them 2 letters, but still on my Biometrics letter, it was with the previous old address. Face Palm.
  14. @PartyParrot Could you pls fix the Google Form? It says it was deleted. Trynna update my latest data. Thanks so much!
  15. P.S. It's been 7 months since I submitted my request for Changing my Address, I sent them 2 letters, but still on my Biometrics letter, it was with the previous old address. Face Palm.
  16. WAC Case Was Received Last Status Change: 525 days ago. 7/15/22 NOA -- Biometrics App 8/2/22 (NOA arrived on 26/7/22) ffs it's been 525 days since "Case Was Received", now FINALLY moving forward for fingerprints. Guess they don't like those prints they had from my AOS app lol. Fingers Crossed!
  17. Nice! You're making moves. WAC/CA has been either super fast like within half year or lingering for almost 2 years till the ROC is approved, based on all the data I gathered here. I'm a WAC as well. It's been 516 days for me since they received my package. Still waiting for my fingerprint instruction. Even mailing a letter to request for updates won't do any difference. They just reply you a useless letter saying your case is under reviewed atm, face palm. TBH I'm not even thinking about it anymore, just waiting for my 90-day period for filling N-400 in 4 months. Hopefully you'll get more updates on your status soon mate!
