El Paso got a reaction from Crazy Cat in Friend deported, trying to get back from her spouse visa
    Sure.
Is it better for her to apply for student visa after her ban ends or apply and wait through her spouse?
Does her case affect i130, even after her ban time ends?

Depends on the specifics of the visa. A K-1 or any immigrant visa should not have any issues due to prior unauthorized work (once the 5 year bar is expired, or if it is waived). Work visas likely wouldn't raise much of an issue either, although they are harder to come by.
Other non-immigrant visas that do not permit work, or those subject to 214(b), are likely to be in the same boat as F-1.

Dear Friend, i am really sorry about this all happen to you.  You have 2 choices.
1- Get immigration lawyer, your family already struggling with fiances so it upto you.
2- Move on and find another country to study.

I don’t want to be too argumentative here but immigration lawyers are expensive, as are waiver applications. Not sure this is the best use of funds if the family finances are tight. And obviously- assuming you even get as far as being granted a waiver - scrutiny over the proof of funding you show next time will be even more stringent. What is your college’s view on the fact that you’ve been deported and had your visa canceled? Will they reinstate you at some later date, or will they maybe be reluctant to accept your proof of funding given what has happened? I presume you have been in contact with their international student office?
