On October 04, 2019, we sent your case, Receipt Number ------------, to the Department of State for visa processing. The website will provide information on what to do next, who to contact, and how to inform us of any changes in your situation or address.

Should we be concerned that myuscis is not updating???

 

Also my husband is in the USA with me working home-office based.

Hello, any update about your husband's green card. We are going through the same at the moment.

He sent for the interview on Thursday, he was approved and issued the visa on friday, the passport is currently showing available for pickup today so he will be picking it up tomorrow morning. After the interview, my husband asked the CO if the ban will be affecting our visa and he said No.

People who were denied got blue letters. This is so sad but hopefully soon the ban will be lifted and his passport will be given.

Don't be sad, it is as simple as he was approved for a waiver and even if the ban wasn't lifted, he can still get his visa issued.

This is good news, meaning they might notify him anytime soon to come pick his passport with visa.

Go straight to the address the interviewer gave you and pick up your passport. I didn’t get any notification either and I have picked up mine. 

When you tracked it, what did it say before you went there to pick it up?

just put his passport number it will let you know if it is ready for pick up. Or better still do the other option of sending his passport number as an email then you will get a reply.

Please go to the interview with all your hospital paperwork, doctor's notes and all. It might help with the waiver too

We walked in the first day around 8am but they said there is no available time for the day, he went back the next day around 430am and he got number 1, so be prepared to get there really early if you decide to use this Clinic. He went there with his interview letter, passport, passport-sized color photographs, and DS-260 confirmation page.

Yes, immigrants interview are also conducted in only Lagos.
