I’m so sorry, you are going through this, best believe that USICS are not stupid and know marriage can be complicated, they also know America citizens use green card to abuse and victimize their spouse. Hope you have a lawyer cuz it’s possible he will contact immigration. Be prayerful, u will be vindicated

Please be careful how you tell uscius that he lied to you his marriage was not real and told you they lived like roommates. And you only dated him because you believed  him. I dont doubt that abusers can use all tactics they can to lure many women to their worlds but you have to be careful that uscius wont consinder you as supporting immigration fraud. I don't meant that's what you intended to do. I  know love is blind sometimes but this could make uscius question your character. Even If his relation turned to be real. The fact that you decided to date and marry someone who told you they were legally married to another for greencard can damage your reputation. Even though you though you say you fell for his honesty. All in all this can be used against you. Be careful and when telling your story make sure it doesnt sound as if you were in support of what you believed he was doing.
I dont judge you. I know love is blind but uscius might not think of it that way. I am in deep myself because I didnt see the red flags until it was too late. I lost my pregnancy and got injuries I have to live with all my life.  Your situation sounds abit scary. If I were you I would consult a lawyer so that you dont enter up giving information which might be used against you. I think whatever you went through  can be portrayed in a way which doesnt damage your reputation. But seek legal help. 
I am not familiar with USA laws so I might be wrong. I stand to be corrected. This message is send with positivity. Not to accuse you but to make you realise how this can be easily turned against you. We are a family here and I would hate to see someone suffer. All the best to you. Wish you well.

I didn't do it intentionaly, probably I didn't see your question here, and I don't remember receiving any  pm from you either .I am very busy lately. I am not here every single day, but when I get here I  try to answer all questions posted.
 
 

You are wrong on that, in as much as they may not care abut adultery diseases is a different ball game, it is considered an assault under the law to intentional infect  and not discourse that you have a disease that will potential kill or cause greater harm. Get urself a lawyer

We need to support each other that's the real thing from this forum, because we feel and share the same pain here and really i will help who  ever need here

Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well. 
I have gone through past posts we all had and got some idea. 
 
We are all on the same journey, one track called i-360 but with different concerns at different phase of waiting. 
And lot of times we are asking others to share their timeline. 
Most of us can be little less obsessed 😆(me) or worried if we know some estimated timeline so that we would know that my case is going just fine and there is nothing to worry about. 
 
So I kinda came up with an idea ( or just what I want lol) that it would be great if we could make timeline table with a formed template for the stage where I am in. 
I know there is timeline service in VJ but it seems we barely use that to share infos we need. 
 
So here is an example. 
My case is currently approved and am waiting for courtesy letter. 
So I needed data of how long it takes from approval to getting letter and how long it would take again from letter to interview. 
 
I read all the posts in this thread and I gathered data of many people who have gone through that stage and shared their timelines. 
And I found out it takes about 5months average from approval to receiving C.L. 
And another 6months from there till actual interview. 
 
So the template I would need or to ask for those who can advise will look like this:

C.L(courtesy letter) mm/yyyy
I.N(interview notice) mm/yyyy

I know not everyone gets notice for transfer so I did not include that because I didn't get it but I know my case is not forgotten.
