  1. For my field office its 11.5 months for n400 and 36 months for i751.
  2. Any msc filers get approved recently? I'm over 500 days and still says case received. I applied for n400 Nov 10 22. Still no movement

  4. Same boat as you 18 month 751 and 6 months n400. No movement on either. This process is annoying and should not take this long

  10. Thanks. My field office is averaging 7-8 months for n400. Yeah, I understand that if my wife's not a citizen before MILs visa is up, that she must go back.
  11. Yeah that's what I'm waiting on. I just wanted to make sure it's legally okay. N400 application was back in Nov. So hopefully interview is scheduled soon.
  12. Hello, My mother in law is here on a tourist visa for the next 5 months. My wife should scheduled for her n400 naturalization interview soon. If she passes and becomes a citizen. Can I adjust her mother's status or does she need to return to her country before I can apply for i130? Thanks
  13. November 9th and still waiting as well. Not expecting anything until May
  14. USPS accepts walk ins without appointment. If you get there early enough you won't have to wait long
