    Theatrically R1/CR1 is determined at the date you're admitted into the US as green card holder marriage base. Less than 2 year.... CR1 2 years or more.... R1 NB: According to the current processing time ; If you file I-130 now, you will probably be admitted in 2 years plus... R1

    If it was online, NOA1 should be right after filling; but for updates, it will be mid- 2026.

    At some point, K-3 could be a good solution to reduce i-30 deadlines for new filers since K-3 deadline is shorter than I-30.

    Mine was on Dec 17 and progress bar showed 18 months. With the current administration, it will be tough with the federal employee's cuts.
