  1. Did they question you regarding your pending I-130 and your spouse? Did you volunteer any information regarding the above questions Q1)? Thank you,
  2. December 2024 filers? 12-17 months is the rule. What was the explanation for what you said above?
  3. Good point. I expect that as well; but I filed a k-3 early march 2025 (California services center). Thank you,
  4. I think that the embassy wants to know people's personal life. If your fiancée moves temporarily to take care of his/her parent, it's Ok as long as he/she can go to the interview and pick up the passport afterwards. She/He can update the information at the interview. Also a police certificate will be required if she/he stays more than 6 months in the country of his/her parents.
  5. I don't see anywhere it states that K-3 is no longer available for Canadians specifically? Is there any reference? Thank you,
  6. Except that the Trump administration changes everything. No one is able to predicate the future with this administration.
  7. You'll have good news soon. Did you file for K-3 visa? Thank you,
  8. Hello, Just send an explanation letter with the clarification on your USCIS account. Also, you can use the page where the question is on I-130 paper based , answer it correctly and upload it on your USCIS account with the letter. Thank you,
  9. Imagine if everyone removes his post after getting responses... what would happen to the forum and its followers. Please, keep the post as is. Thank you,
  10. Yeah good idea for august 2024 filers. 10 months is pretty inaccurate with current situation.
