  1. What is your timelines? Pray that your K-3 goes to Texas center.
  2. Not Toronto, It will be Montreal. It's the only one location processing immigrant visas in Canada.
  3. Yes, they do actually. Most of the time, it shows that ISO is working on the files and a decision is coming. Either RFE or Approval.
  4. My wife..... She received a text message that she will be calling in 30 minutes. Nothing else.
  5. She replied that was an opportunity to have her husband as quick as possible since I-130 takes so long. I know it is obsolete; but it's not prohibited.
  6. PD 17 Dec 24 K-3: 5 March 25 California Center. This morning, while at work, my wife received a text message from USCIS letting her know that she would receive a call in 30 minutes. She checked the number and it was legit. Few minutes later, she received the call and a lady started questioning her about both petitions (K-3 and I-130). She asked her why she has 2 petitions in her file? Country where am i living, my date of birth, marriage date..etc.. She went to specific information but nothing bad at all except she was not aware of that to be well prepared. Since we are not familiar with this and we would like hear your opinion regarding this random call. 1- Did anyone experience that before? non informed or random call or a last minute call? 2- According to your experience, what could be the meaning? suspicion of fraud? OR (to be positive) a sign that they are working on my- petitions and a decision is expected soon? Thank you,
  7. Congrat.... What is your PD and Which service center?
  8. What's the model and year? Thank you,
  9. Did they question you regarding your pending I-130 and your spouse? Did you volunteer any information regarding the above questions Q1)? Thank you,
  10. December 2024 filers? 12-17 months is the rule. What was the explanation for what you said above?
  11. Good point. I expect that as well; but I filed a k-3 early march 2025 (California services center). Thank you,
  12. I think that the embassy wants to know people's personal life. If your fiancée moves temporarily to take care of his/her parent, it's Ok as long as he/she can go to the interview and pick up the passport afterwards. She/He can update the information at the interview. Also a police certificate will be required if she/he stays more than 6 months in the country of his/her parents.
  13. I don't see anywhere it states that K-3 is no longer available for Canadians specifically? Is there any reference? Thank you,
