Ok. It's a new week and fresh cases with case numbers are heading out to the Embassies. I hope everyone is on board for this trip. Starts Tuesday and Wednesday. Be sure to check the CEAC website for status updates.
 
If you want an advance copy of your Embassy P3 letter just hit me up as I have most.
 
You can track you package from NVC to your Embassy by using this little trick. Caution: All of the cases on this shipment for your Embassy will include your case as well as others. So this shipment is not just your case file. Please don't ask "is my case in that shipment"!
 
Go to www.dhl.com click Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, and on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:
 
EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A  (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Manila (Works for any Country Just replace the city where the Embassy is located)

Don't be surprised by not receiving any kind of notification from USCIS or NVC except the mail version which must be sent.
 
Next batch is 11/27&28.

Next large batch of approvals will be 11/7-9 with shipments leaving for the Embassies on 11/12-13.

Just FYI for you and others. There is no fee for the DS-160. What you are paying is the interview application fee (the exact title eludes me but I think you get the idea)

Firstly, so You could track your case and prepare accordingly for upcoming interview and medical. Greenbaum usually gives P3 for most countries upfront so you could start getting ready
secondly, some embassies allow to get medical done with just NVC case number, so you could save time
thirdly, you can technically, fill out DS-160 form while waiting. 
That's just my view. I got mine so i could track the case and give heads up for my fiance when to start to do what, for example when it will say "In transit", that'll tell that it was sent out to embassy and it's on it's way. I can send her affidavit of support paperwork, while she can fill out DS-160 and wait for P3 to see what else is needed to waste as little time as possible. 
There are some benefits as you see.

just got the approval email today after all my complaining today.  Next step the  medical and interview.

literally was about to fall asleep while on the phone with my fiancé, and my fiancé said he's on the way to his mailbox ,"said baby ?" And I woke up from my slight sleep and he said he said " We got Approved" ...

Once u send ur rfe back in the time starts again. Normally it's 14 to 21 days to receive a response on rfe. Some may take longer due to the nature of the rfe.

No. The biggest issue is no one wants to take a few min and read back in the forums. If it's not on the first page they come to they just ask. Even tho 90% of every question has already been asked. Yet, they want the NOW answer. 
So yes. It get tiresome, frustrating. If people would use the search engine and do a little let work themselves. Things would be a lot easier on everyone.
if it wasn't for @Greenbaum along with many others. A lot of people would be completely lost and be denied due to lack of information. If anything. These people should be praised, held in a higher standard, if not  compensated for the amount of time they spend on forums answering all our questions.

I can only speak for myself, but my goal here is to give and receive emotional support as well as information.  I have many loving, supportive people in my life, but none of them fully understand the utter anguish that is this waiting process in the same way as the others on this forum who are going through the exact same thing, and I appreciate having this community to turn to for wisdom and advice and understanding.  The venting, the encouragement, the victories all keep this forum lively and interesting as well as informative.
