My daughters arrived around midday!! We had NO expected delivery time and the link the consulate sent was for DHL and didn’t work!
DX was the actual courier NOT DHL. Oh well it’s here now and she flys out next Friday

My bad sorry. Meant to say HER fiancé ! I’d be in a lot of trouble with my husband of 26 years if I had a fiancé haha.
Ive heard back from the customs office and I have the official answer which is it is not allowed but I don’t know how to delete this thread on here now

Well, I'm glad you haven't committed to flights at that price I would be having a breakdown! haha. 😂 how sweet of you to do that for them!
My flight is around £300 so I have already booked for the 10th and ill just take the fall if I don't get the visa back in time.

SHE GOT THE VISA APPROVAL!!!! in and out of the Embassy in 30 mins! Her fiancé accompanied her and they are now celebrating!!!
whew !!! Now to crack on with the Wedding Plans 😍

what may happen if there is a difference about civil relations?
When I told at the interview that I finished CIVIL relations at 2011, and in tourist visa I wrote 2015 I am still in them?
Do you know some information about that?
How do you think if I will write letter that I told not extra, that I did not want to say strange facts, that I just worried etc- may it help?

That's good then and those visa denials will not affect her to get the K1 visa. My wife was previously denied for a tourist visa and she had no issues in getting the K1 visa at all.

Previous denials due to immigrant intent will have no negative affect on a K-1 visa....good luck.

She should’ve gone for the esta in the first place. After the first denial the other ones were almost certainly coming anyway.
They believed she has immigration intent so getting the k1 is the right way to go. They won’t deny her because she had a tourist visa and esta or land entry denials.
If there are no other problems, she should be good
