Just to update everyone got an email from NVC stating that my petition was received at NVC. The time the email was stamped was 9:30pm, 20 March exactly 14 days (10 business days) since my NOA2, my NOA2 was March 6th. They stated that if I did not get any instructions from them in 8 weeks to put in another inquiry, but I am sure it won't take that long. I'll call tomorrow and check on the number. They did not say when they received my petition they just said they recently received it. Hope this information gives you a base line for your petitions.

Create new Letters of Intent separately. She can sign and scan hers and send to you to print and include in the return envelope (because USCIS will take scanned copies of documents containing signatures). I've see both ways work where both sign the same letter (my wife and I did it that way with no problems) and I have seen others who have received an RFE much like you have.

scanned is 100% okay.  USCIS made an official policy a few years ago that wet signatures are no longer required. Same applies to documents submitted to the embassy.

My fiancee didnt received any text, no update in the USCIS app, no update in old and new website. He checked the mail box today and there was a letter from uscis. 

We just got APPROVED today!

I found out when I checked the USCISApp for iPhone. The website hasn't updated yet to show the approval. What a relief, though! Wow! 😎

We are approved! No updates on either of the websites, it just showed up in the mail today. Even USPS informed delivery didn't have an image of the letter.
NOA1: May 4th (May 9th on the new site)
NOA2: October 25

First time to comment here, but we were approved TODAY!!!  I just got a text message and then checked the app, and it now shows "Case Was Approved" (October 29, 2018).  I don't know difference between old site and new site dates (and nor do I really care), but the "Received Date" on the original Notice of Action form (NOA1) was May 7, 2018.  I wanted to provide this information for reference to those who may have dates around this same time frame.  Best of luck to everyone!  Now I guess it's off to the thread for the next step......

I spent the whole week checking the old website for updates... and nothing! Today I went to the new website and IT WAS THERE: case was approved! 😍 We are beyond happy!

We filed and prepared our own following the excellent guides and recommendations from this website.  I can't believe we were approved so quickly, but I am just counting our blessings.  I hope everyone reading gets approved soon.  Neither website has been updated for us and it's been 8 days since we were approved.  Just something to remember, you may see it in the mail before you see it online.   

Yay, I just got the NOA2 (text) and it's showing up on the old website!
 
I was (notice and old website) 4/27, and 5/2 on the new website, so I've been lurking on the April and May filers threads.
