    Does she have her passport with visa enclosed in her possession?
     
    The envelope is your case file info. She needs to follow the directions given very carefully, DO NOT OPEN the envelope. It sounds like San Francisco will be her POE, she should give the envelope to the CBP agent at the customs and immigration area upon arrival. They will then process her K1 visa.....Welcome to the United States, then wait for next flight onto Atlanta.

    Indeed, she should carry it in her hand luggage and hand it to the CBP officer first thing.
