I-765*
Know? Not possible. It could be tomorrow or a year from now or never.
The average is around 4-7 months right now.

JOOK. reacted to K1visaHopeful in When can I receive EAD after sending evidence?
EAD is processing at 6.5 to 8.5 months currently.
AP is 6 to 8.
I485 depends on your local field office estimated processing times.
An RFE for any form will pause the processing of all applications.
RFEs for I485 generally come at the beginning of that process while RFEs for EAD and AP generally come at the very end of their process.
RFEs generally add a month to any process so likely you will need to add a month to your EAD and AP processing times now too.

No. Not because of this. There is no required time limit on applying for AOS. The consequence of not filing before the I94 runs out is no legal status until you do file. You are passed that. You have filed. You will get your NOA soon. Watch for your payment to be cleared .. if it’s a check

You're fine. The only actual obligation to fulfill the K-1 requirements is marrying within the 90 days. You did so that's fine.
While yes, once the I-94 expires you become out of status/unlawfully present, but once you receive the NOA1 for the I-485 you become back in status/a limbo so to say where you are authorized stay pending the I-485 outcome. Any unlawful days after the i-94 expiration and the NOA1 is ignored/forgiven. A lot of people tend to go over a few days.

You have been in illegal stays since the day after your I94 was dated .. but once you receive your NOA for the AOS packet you are then in legal stay until it is adjudicated. You are past the risky time

Not sure what you mean here. Did you marry within the first 90 days of your arrival into the US on the K-1 visa? If so, you're fine.
