It's indeed kind of miracle as it came through without interview, I can't explain my happiness in words being forever grateful to almighty GOD 🙏🙏🙏
 
And immensely grateful to @sandranj and entire VAWA family for giving me hope and making me stronger ever through this absolutely difficult and impossible journey to fix my broken life🙏 

First you need to stay calm to think properly.. I got 3RFEs as well and believe me I didn't have so many documents however I made certain to explain in detail anywhere there was insufficient evidence.. I will advice you do the same.. also the 3rd party affidavits have to be very detailed not sketchy.. they have to demonstrate in written form the depth of their knowledge of your situation. No document is irrelevant bring them all.. if you can think of it, its relevant add new evidence to already submitted ones alongside detailed personal and 3rd party evidences and you should be good!👍

Anyways, to give you the run-down, you cannot petition for a new spouse unless (any of the following):
1. You've been an LPR for at least 5 years
2. You've naturalized and are now a USC
3. Your prior marriage was terminated by death
4. You prove by "clear and convincing evidence" (>75% threshold of evidence) that you entered the prior marriage in good faith.
 
So you've got 3 options:
1. You could file as soon as you're an LPR and include any and all evidence that your last marriage was legit (this might be more than what you needed for your VAWA since that generally only requires "preponderance of evidence" (>50% threshold of evidence)).
2. You wait 5 years
3. You naturalize
 
tl;dr: Yes you can naturalize instead of waiting 5 years and cut 2 years out of the waiting time.

MARCH 2021- CASE APPROVED

NO PRIMA FACIE
 
I couldn’t count how many times I reached out to my Senator and Congressman (also asked help from Ombudsman)

Once they will received your medical, you will have the final decision been taken on your case by local office. I sent my medical on 11Feb and they received it on 12th and today my case been approved by waiving  off interview. Your GC is almost there, just few more days to wait. Praying for you dear🙏

My kids had their Interview today, and we should get their passports back in two weeks.  Yeah!!!!!!!  This process has been nerve racking due to the pandemic.
