  1. The link I provided you says it costs $402.
  2. I interpreted the comment you are replying to as saying N-400 can trigger I-751 approval. I do believe, even if you do not, that your pending N-400 accelerated your I-751.
  3. Scrub social media of these photos now. Even if the CO issues the K-1; final determination is made at the port of entry.
  4. Vague term. Were you living at address A the day you boarded a flight to the U.S.? Were you living at address B the day you boarded a flight to the U.S.?
  5. I see no reason why you have to prove to USCIS you lived at a past address. IME, for both my N-400 and my wife’s, USCIS did not ask. You might be required to prove that you * have lived in your current state or USCIS field office for 3 months prior to filing N-400. Your state drivers license works. Afaict, most people get asked for that. * did not exceed 3 * 365 / 2 = 547 days of absence. Given you are at under 300 days of absence, I doubt it. Did you file AR-11s after each move?
  6. https://www.uscis.gov/i-865 scroll down to Where to file click it open. There is a different address for each state, territory, and district, as well as overseas locations
  7. is it a marriage license or marriage certificate? Does the marriage certificate comply with this: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/UnitedArabEmirates.html Document Name: Marriage Contract (Aqd al Zawaj) Issuing Authority: Ministry of Justice, Judicial Courts and Departments, Sharia (Religious) Courts Special Seal(s) / Color / Format: There are no special seal(s)/color/format Issuing Authority Personnel Title: A judge ? Does the translation comply with this: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting-documents/step-7-collect-civil-documents.html/ Please note that all documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country from which you are applying, must be accompanied by certified translations. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that: The translation is accurate, and The translator is competent to translate
  8. Too bad you could not get a new medical.
  9. That does not answer my question. What is scary is having I-751 denied while of the country. Why did you enter the U.S. before September 25, 2020? You could have avoided I-751.
  10. What scares you about it? None that apply given your constraints.
  11. Seems important. File N-400 in July 2024. File a WoM now to get I-751 approved.
  12. Do you still receive this benefit?
  13. You can hire an attorney to file a wom. Or DIY wom.
  14. Was this a joint tax return?
  15. No, because bigamy requires intent. If there was a divorce 1, OP is free to marry spouse 3 because there is a decree for divorce 2. If there was no divorce 1, OP is free to marry spouse 3 because marriage 2 is void and marriage 1 ended by death. There are no other cases. Therefore OP was free to marry spouse 3.
  16. Write it yourself. NVC has proven, over time, that its employees are, on the whole, not bright.
  17. I would re-submit the tax return in a single PDF that has: * page 1: a statement of what your entire 2022 tax return contains * page 2: w-2 1 * page 3: w-2 2 * page 4 and beyond: turbotax tax return
  18. No 1099s? No W-2s?
  19. Get the death certificate and give it a try. Logically * USCIS should only care if you were free to marry your current spouse. * If you were still married to spouse 1 when you married spouse 2, then the marriage to spouse 2 has no impact whether you were free to marry spouse 3 * since spouse 1 passed away before spouse 3, you were free to marry spouse 3
  20. Submit the entire tax return
  21. Consistency from the Indian government on visa issues has never been my experience. Safe travels.
  22. We filed multiple AR-11s and I-865s in 2022 because we sold our US home and were living in hotels, airbnbs, and friends’ homes in the US while house hunting. My wife did not have an online account, and we were still able to file AR-11 online. I have no desire to live in Canada again. If you do, be sure to file I-131 and wait for the receipt before departing for Canada.
  23. I cannot find it in the thread: what visa did you use to enter the U.S.?
