Nah, not under normal circumstances. All my applications have been well within the official processing times. Only the PCS overseas gets you on the fast track 😁

N400 processing is governed by your local office. As to filing online vs paper, I have not seen any definitive data showing one is demonstrably faster than the other.
That being said, online filing is more convenient for most folks and also most likely for USCIS, but make sure you do not submit an online petition around the time your filing window opens if filing during a 90 day period.
Good Luck!

Anthony42 reacted to payxibka in Spousal Visa question
Maybe i am wrong, but my understanding is that the first step in the sb1 process is to make a consulate appointment and have the first of two interviews. They won't have much choice as to answer questions when you are sitting in front of them. You've been through it before so you have more familiarity than most

I understand its subjective but the pandemic was circumstances outside your control. I suppose they could argue you had some control with all the repatriation flights.

Anthony42 got a reaction from Nitas_man in Emergency Visa?
I had a SB1 in 2017 and it fell within the acceptable reason. Don't think they will accept the pandemic for a reason. Visit visa may be good. Any idea on process time start to finish? Thank you for you time and help !
