    Booked my interview April 17 😉 is there any bus or train from  the Montreal airport to Medisys and Consulate or do i need to rent a car for convinience

    Got my Packet 4 today after sending back documents needed in my Packet 3 instructions yesterday that's fast 😉, i register to book an appointment today and i saw April 10 is the least available date to book an interview appointment. How many weeks from the interview your medical appointment scheduled?

    Honestly... it's so cold here so don't be too jealous lol.  It literally hurts to be outside.  Let's trade for a week?? lol

    It would be better to just get them to hold them and pick them up.  Most people stay in Montreal for the week.  The medical date determines your visa validity.  6 months from medical.

    Yeah i received a snail mail last Tuesday with a photocopy of our I-129F and a letter requesting  proof of immigration status (i thought that's P3 ) so i sent to them the scanned copy of my PR card few minutes after I read the letter ... P4 is next 😉

    you pay on site so I'm not positive, but the lady on the phone said it will be $400 something. In Montreal, I'm fairly certain I pick them up 3 days later, but I didn't ask about delivery since I live in the city. Ask on the phone when you call

    If you do the medical in Montreal you should book it 4+ business days before your interview. You can of course book it earlier than that. My interview is April 3 and I booked my medical exam for March 21 (but I live in Montreal and figured why not haha)

    My "case last updated" date changed to Feb. 20 yesterday Do you think it's Packet 3? Why wouldn't they just email it lol

    Mine changed also "Case Last Updated" to Feb 20 and it's the third time (Jan. 30, Feb 8 & Feb 20), last Tuesday i received a letter from the Montreal Consulate about sending them thru email my Proof of Immigration here in Canada so i sent  my scanned copy of  LPR card. Hopefully this is P3 for the both of us goodluck!

    I received the exact same letter. It might have something to do with not being born in Canada but still being a citizen. You can send them a scanned copy of your Canadian passport biographical page. P3 arrived a week after responding to it.

    Well, twinrix brand has been depleted due to appropriations/recalls for about 6 months worldwide. Its a good thing that USA immigration does not require that for most adults coming from Canada anyways.

    It's free here in Manitoba, i had my Tdap, Flu shot and MMR i just asked my family doctor to have those vaccines

    They are being couriered via Purolator; they emailed me this morning that they were being sent out.  It was $350 for the medical and $35 for the courier (the total cost was definitely $385 all in).  
     
    My flight to Montreal clocked $620; I was pretty choked.

    Montreal is in a stone age of snail mail and macro form responses that may or may not (likely not) be related to what you email them about.

    Recently they've all been coming only via snail mail. But people have had success with sending in their P3 reply before getting it in the mail. If you see your status update date change, you could wait a day or two and email your P3 in and see what happens. It's kind of a timing guessing game.

    So i guess 3-4 weeks of wait til we have our Packet 3 based on the timelines of Canadian VJ members 😀 just hang in there let's enjoy the snow and -50'C weather in some parts of Canada 😉
