  1. Ok so you are very confused. That visa that is in your passport, you needed to enter the US with that visa. There should be stamp on that visa for the date you entered the first time with that visa. Since you have been coming to the US every month someone at the border must have noticed your Visa. Did they ever ask you about it? Once you entered the US with that visa the very first time. It became your new home. You left for no reason. So please tell us everything you did that very first time you entered on that visa. Did you tell them you were moving to the US or tell them you have a visa? Did they take you to secondary (inside) to stamp it?
  2. I'm so sorry Tbone, big hugs.

  8. If your sister wants to go home now is the time. Once the baby is born she will not be able to leave without the father's consent and by the sounds of your post he will never allow it. If the first child is not his then get them on a plane back home like she wants. If it is his help her find a lawyer.

  13. I'm not familiar with Oklahoma, but we had a member on here from Texas where it is illegal's and punishable. That member was told by the consulate to either move where it would be legal and send proof or the visa would be denied. I'm going to guess that since Oklahoma would recognize the marriage and not take legal action against you, it might be ok. If not the consulate will let you know and hopefully give you time to move.
  14. if the exam expires she will have to pay to have it redone. The is no renewal.
  15. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from DCF - as the OP has already adjusted from an L1~~
  16. Oh no, I'm so sorry for your loss.
  17. So last night the Hillbilly sprung on me two things he wants to do this summer. He wants to go to Six flags or Cedar point and he wants to go to the ocean. I'm all for swimming in the ocean. Since I've never been. So now I need to figure out where to go. Plus figure out who is going to watch the dogs. One thing he never thinks about. At most it would probably only be a weekend trip and would be driving.
  18. ~~One post removed for TOS Violation. Condone and Instruct immigration fraud.~~
  19. OMG that poor baby. I'm glad you took the chance and it is not cancer. Hopefully he continues to do well and has a some more good years left in him.
  20. Yes, Montreal needs the welcome letter before a date can be picked. How on earth did you reach someone in Montreal? They never accept phone calls and has been the issue for at least 20yrs. You will want to jump on over to the Canada forum also if you haven't found it. Montreal can be a different kind of beast with what they require.
  21. ~~Thread locked to further replies. The OP was able to answer their own question.~~
  22. It is very common for Canadians to not get an I94 even these days. USCIS is well aware of it. There should be no issues. Just add the proof from the site you have and in the space on the forms where it asks what visa. Many have just put Canadian entry.
