    Sometimes it is just because a certain amount of time has gone by, or could be that your prints didn't take right or expired. Nothing to worry about and a good sign.

    What you had was clearly enough for the CO to approve your case. I know the search function can be a pain in the rear, but please look up what others have experienced before making up your mind.

    Did you lie or fake anything in your VAWA petition? That would be the only reason not to file the N-400 ever. Have you posted in the VAWA mega thread? Many in there have had your same experience. @Sandra G. would be able to give you the best advice.

    There is no reason to wait. VAWA allows for you to file at the 3 yr point, many have done it.

    You filed in August of last year. You do not need to do anything else with that medical, if it was complete at the time of filing. As for the EAD it is too bad you didn't file for it last year too for her. At this point it is really hard to tell which will come first.

    What happened in Canada at the medical? I have never seen a Canadian K1 not made to get all vaccines unless they already applied for the waiver. Did you get the waiver in Canada? They don't normally let the medical go to Montreal without you completing the vaccines. It would be good to know if just telling them you will be getting a waiver is enough. If you actually did do the waiver in Canada it may say on your DS3025. You need to look at the DS3025 and see what it says.

    Yes sorry, I'll change that up too. You would definitely be denied if you went by 95.

    Do not file right on day 90, file more like day 85. The cases where you have seen the denial comes from those who file on day 90 some right at midnight some an hour or so later. Those cases denied was because of the time zones. Make it easier on yourself and wait a little bit.
