Hello everyone had my interview February 14th at the Tampa USCIS office which I was passed my US citizenship interview. I did change my last name. Anyone out there had any experience on the wait for your oath ceremony with a name change. Have a cruise booked in July and just want to make sure I have enough time between my oath ceremony and cruise to get my passport.

Just received notice that our interview is scheduled for Feb. 14th 2023 for my wife's naturalization at the Tampa office. We are November N400 filers. More specifically November 8th 2022 We filed online. The I 751 is still pending so I imagine it will be a combo interview.
Any other experiences out there with combo interviews? Anyway it's moving along and I'm wishing everyone the best.

Yes, we just filed online for our N-400 (11/8/22) even though our I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions is still pending (we filed last year 11/10/21). I have read that N-400 cases are moving faster then the I-751's. In some cases they will do the I-751 & N-400 process/interview at the same time. (That is what we are hoping for🙂) By the way, The USCIS online N-400 filing was so easy to fill out... I recommend it highly.

Yes it stated that they will reuse my pass byometrics and fingerprints etc
Received NOA ( Dec. 4th) that the biometrics appt was waived and they will reuse past biometrics. We are also at the Potomac office.... This seemed fairly quick as well. Keep our fingers crossed it continues to be quick.

Our I-751 packet was received on Monday 11/8 at the lockbox in Arizona... and we just received our first text notification with our case number today starting with YSC. Seems like our packet is going to be processed at the Potomac Service Center.
Was really hoping for Texas which seems like it's the fastest service center. Does anybody have any experience with the Potomac Service center?
I am impressed though that we received our first notification and the case number so quick.

We shipped our ROC I-751 via FedEx yesterday Nov. 6th.
Set to be delivered on Weds Nov. 10th.
The earliest we could file was November 8th so that works out perfect.

thanks so much . The best to you all on the ROC process.

Thanks for your reply.... one more question. Did you just download and print out the transcripts online via the IRS or did you request transcripts by mail? Thanks again

If I did that, it would cut my packet by well over half. 😀Approximately how many pages should the tax transcripts be for each year?? or how many pages are yours that you are sending for each year??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello Everyone. The earliest we can file is Nov. 8th. We are ready now...lol.
???? Question, my packet is quite big due to the amount of pages in the tax returns. Is it necessary to send in all the pages??? I have the past 3 years and its just endless of pages.

We had our interview on Thursday February 6th everything went fine he went through the packet and noticed that there was a duplicate no problem at all he just deleted one of them I even had the two correct forms printed out and he didn't even want those.
Tampa local office was very easy and quick and our IO
was very professional and thorough and friendly.

Hi...My wife and I have our interview this Thursday 2/6/2020. We are very excited. However, we just found 2 simple mistakes in our packet.. On the I-130 page 6 and the 1-485 page 8. It said she has 2 children when she only has 1 (basically it was a duplicate of the same child) I corrected both pages and printed them for the interview. I will let the IO know. Any suggestions? Has anyone made any corrections before?

I'm been checking quite a few different case trackers. USCIS case tracker is still showing case received way back in June. Other sites have updated. I do not know what to believe.
The 'Lawfully App' is showing this : Attached link below. Should I believe??? because the USCIS app is not showing this.

Recently, I responded to my RFE for an English translation USCIS received it Nov. 6th.
Now, I just saw these Case updates through the Lawfully App
On October 25th 2019 we approved your form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt number (AP travel) MSCXXXXXXXX. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by November 9th 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.First of all, as of today (Nov 12th), I did not receive any approval notice in the mail , so I sent a request as indicated.
Also, I also did not receive this update on the USCIS case and account site etc...I also received this notice today on the Lawfully app -On November 12th , we ordered your new card for the receipt number MSCXXXXXXXX , and we will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Can anyone clarify what all this means???? I got no updates through USCIS
