🥳 Congratulations!!!

I renewed with fee by myself, because i thought the first time they approved us to work and we should to pay for renew.  It is totally is fair for us and goverment. 

If you pay the initial fee there is no fee to renew the I765  if you are using  same category C9. 

I already received courtesy letter for making a new medical record. I will do it immediately after i get interview notice. My lawyer suggests me to follow this schedule. It takes only around a week for madical record. We will take it along to our interview, do not open envolope of the medical result. 

I finally received my I485 appointment via mail for 2/27/2019. Both of my accounts on the USCIS website still say that on 10/12/2018 my case was transferred and a new office had jurisdiction.
 
With Gods will I'll be able to visit my family soon.
 
Anyone knows what questions I will be asked?

Take in consideration that waiting time is so mi h longer now, 8-14 months up to 33 months some Centers to all done from start to finish, some of us wait up to (like me) 17 months to get Vawa and EAD approvals, the transfer goes silent so if in 8 months you don’t hear anything make
an InfoPass, it must be done by yiir

Vermont Center only accepts writing requests NOT calls but you can
make InfoPass regarding your case, it is best for your lawyer to do it! Mine went to VSC with several applications to
ask about different cases, it worked!!! 
The number is the one on your application BUT if you do it online is much easier and faster IF field office doesn’t have available appointments they give you a phone to call to make appointment , you leave a message USCIS Officer will call you back within 48 hours. I hope this helps 🙌🏼

I will go to Dr to make medical after i receive the interview notice. My attoney suggested me to follow it. Thanks for your information and hope we will be fine in the end for this jouney dear. 

Got it! My lawyer said that to me too.
Once you get approval they will send you to medical, I went into link for Dr approved by USCIS near by, the cost is between $600-$200dls out of the 3 only 1 accepts insurance so when is time for me I will go with the one that accepts insurance.
Dr will give you an envelope sealed, do not open it because it is your to take to the interview so the USCIS Officer will opened it then. I hope this last info helps too to
be prepared.

USCIS requested to make a new mediacal and no need to submit to them right now. They notified that i wiould submit in person when i come in to get  interview. 

I haven"t received interview notice yet. I got the courtesy letter in the middle of October, 2018. I have to wait. I will update my case, dear. Good luck to everyone here. Pls be patient. 

Thank you. So I got approved I-360 in July 2018. So approximately 8mths wait for interview. My field office is NYC.

1st EAD approved Feb 2017
Sent renewal EAD November 2017
Approved 2nd EAD Mar 2018. 
I-360 Approval July 6, 2018
EAD C31 received July 11 2018
I-485 transferred to local office August 2018.
Interview  and medical notice received Jan 29, 2019
Interview scheduled for Feb 26, 2019

Well my lawyer said she got both letters at once for me to also do a new medical.  I believe she got the letters in mail today. So I am going to be getting it done as soon as possible. Thank you

Just got an update that my interview has been scheduled for next month. So excited a step closer.. 
I-360 approved July 2018
I485 interview scheduled for February 2019.
NYC filer..

You can apply for your child when your green card is approved submitting form l824,you had the option to submit along with your AOS as well but it seems you filed already your AOS.It will take one year for NBC to process the form l824 and your child have an interview back home.

I have started the process. If your kids were on your VAWA approval then the process a bit faster, you would file I824 which is Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition (or follow to join) if they were not then you would be filing for them as an LPR and that's a long process.
Thank you, I am here to offer any advice or tips that I can that will hopefully allow you guys to be able to travel and see your families and experience the awesome feeling I just experienced. 

I just wanted to share my experience, over the Holidays I traveled for the first time since receiving my GC. It was a wonderful experience to be able to see my family and kids. Returning was a breeze, of course, I was taken to secondary because I was previously arrested. I only spent 5 mins there where the officer asked me how long I spent abroad and I told him and he said: "Welcome Home" that was just a surreal moment to hear those words.  To all the people waiting and to those impacted by the existing Government shutdown with the VAWA reauthorization pending and potentially slower processing, I am praying that some normalcy will return soon and everyone will get some good news for the New Year. By the way Happy New Year VJers.

I haven't got interview notice yet.
I don't think the schedule for vawa interview to get GC bases on the processing timline as on system, because i saw many cases on this forum, very complex and different together.
My attoney said the interview will being around 6months to 1 year after transferring from NBC to local , depend on the arrangement of your local office.
 

The same thinking with you, but she ask where she can check, i showed her.
