Do you by any chance have a list what you submitted? That would help me see if my package was complete or not. Tx.
My pack wasn't perfect or anything but this was my contents page (I tried to make it easy on the USCIS people). I was concerned about showing financial intermingling so I did some awkward thing to show money I was transferring to my partner's account. To be honest, if you are still together then I wouldn't be worried at all, i751s are rarely rejected and if I skipped the interview even with a divorce I'm sure you'll be fine.
Here you go:

Congrats. Interviews should never be necessary if you had a strong evidence, all this changed recently from 2016. It's like things are back to how it was.... which make sense.
Yeah, I think my pack was put together fairly well. All that effort was worth it in the end.

I am happy to announce that I got my conditions removed and my new Green Card in the mail. MSC office with a divorce waiver.
It's extremely surprising as I applied with a divorce waiver and in the end had no interview. I fully expected one and when I was opening the letter this morning I was dreading seeing the day I would have to go to some USCIS office. But it said I was approved and at my front door was another envelope that I missed which had the card in it.

I am a Feb 2022 filer and received an extension of 18 months on my original expired GC. I am MSC and can see MSC takes a long time.
Are there any of you September MSC filers still waiting for your interview? Have you had another letter extending your GC or are you still within your timeline?
Would really appreciate any responses! Thank you.

I'm an MSC filer and still nothing. Is anybody else the same? The excel file is bugged or the data has been deleted for me.

I am with the MSC service center. My status has been Ready for Interview for a couple of months now but I've received no further correspondence. Is anybody in a similar situation or does anybody know if its normal or not to wait such a long time after the interview is supposedly ready to be scheduled?

Hi!
According to USPS informed delivery it was arriving last Saturday but it didn't. Hopefully today 🤞
I'm worried the mailman delivered it to a wrong address because all the other mail was delivered except my letter.😐
Hope you get it soon. Can you keep me/us updated on when you get it and what the instructions are? E.g. if the interview date is already given or whatever

Be hyper-vigilant about this. We moved during our I-485 application and made sure to file the address change form. I even called USCIS to verify they got my new address.
The interview notice arrived at our new house with a big yellow 'reroute' sticker from USPS. It was addressed to our old apartment, and fortunately I had set up mail forwarding with USPS. Our attorney also got a copy.
I mentioned this at the interview and the officer told us USCIS uses "about 5 different systems that don't talk to each other" (literally his words). All other communications (e.g. the I485 approval notice, the actual green card) made it to our new address. But apparently the interview scheduler is on a different system that doesn't always sync up with the other systems.
Set up informed delivery. Make sure you set up mail forwarding with USPS. You may even want to contact the person that lives at your old address now and let them know to contact you if any mail from USCIS accidentally goes to there address. It's a major PITA to deal with a missed interview letter.
BTW regarding the wait time - could be a few months, could be 2+ years. It depends on the workload of the field office unfortunately.
Thanks for the heads up. I'll try and stay in front of this

I just checked my case status online and it says case ready to be scheduled for interview since Nov 24th! Great news but I'm always nervous about getting the physical letter, especially after an address change. Has anybody already received the letter in the mail, and when did you status officially change. Just wondering when I should expect it.

Asking again in case any body can help:
Once I have submitted biometrics, do I simply wait for the next letter in the mail? I assume it will be interview related?

That's not true, I'm at Potomac which is very slow and I chose the K1 route. It's generally based on location I think.
It's not guaranteed that you'll be faster on non CR-1 but you only have to look at the Feb 2021 sheet to see that almost all CR-1s went to MSC which is very slow. I guess that's all I was saying

I am from Seattle too and case is at MSC. We haven't received any updates. The only thing we have is the 18 month extension letter and case status online just says case received June 3rd. . Did you get notice about the biometrics or has your case status just been updating online? This is such a frustrating process.
Pretty disheartening. I filed in Feb 2021 which I guess means I'll be waiting at least until Feb 2022, likely longer.
Also not fun that you need to sit on it for over a year and not hear any updates. Makes you wonder if they even have it at all.
-
It looks like there's a pay off with going with the K-1 routes (and other non CR-1s) which can be longer and more frustrating with work permits, because those seem to all be sent to faster service centers when removing conditions! All CR-1s seem to go to the slow as hell ones.

19th Feb filed, still waiting.

I can see people giving the OK to using a PO Box as a mailing address on the i-751 (and some even recommend it), but I have anxiety around how I filled in the form with PO Box information. I don't know how these things are processed - how rigorous, strict or lazy it might be - so the fact there is no natural way to fill in information for a PO Box has me double guess myself.
What is the i-751 mailing address section where would I write PO Box? Apt, Ste and Flr don't really describe a "box" either to add my lockbox number. How would you write this? Have you done this before and what were your experiences? I did rewrite the address in full in the extra comment pages, but still don't trust that as it may just be ignored.
The information I'm trying to insert is a. "PO Box" and the number of it "A-456"
Thank you for your help, community.

I made my move to the US about 1.5 months ago on a CR1 and have yet to receive my Green Card. I just received a letter in the mail stating that I still need to pay my USCIS Immigration Fee of $220. Its difficult to remember exactly but I thought this cost was covered during the CR1 Process, either in the fees paid to USCIS or the NVC stage. Has anybody else received this or think its unusual, and importantly is there a way I can check if this was indeed paid?
Thanks all for your amazing support in the overall process.

I think the problem she may find in using on online tax program, they sometimes don't want to move on until you supply a SSN. They are wanting to efile and an efile would be rejected so it may give her error messages.
You were married by Dec 31, 2018, weren't you?
Yes, she didn’t seem to get a clear option for doing that online, and also yes, we married before December 2018.

Yes, it was "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" for as long as I remember (basically after doing biometrics).
