I received my interview letter today, my interview is scheduled for Sept 17th. This is a few days after I get back from vacation, I was so worried it would be during it! Nonrefundable flights, hotel, etc.. phew.

Guys no need to respond to this . what i thought was right. They adjudicated my I - 751 . My notifications just changed to '' CARD WAS MAILED TO ME ''
Officer might have put rfe after the interview just for them to have enough time to adjudicate my ROC. Looks like i might be getting some good news on my N400.....

Julie became a US Citizen this morning at the Albany, NY courthouse! 
 
We had a very interesting issue this morning (not us - the whole crowd).  Those of us who had been given a hand-written Oath Ceremony schedule were instructed to show up at 8:30 to check in, with the ceremony starting at 9:30.  Well, the PRINTED schedule letters said the ceremony was at 9:30, but neglected to tell people to show up at 8:30.  So there were still 20 people out of the 45 people to be naturalized who were not present at 9:00 a.m.  So the USCIS guy present made an announcement that the ceremony would start at 9:40 because of this issue.
 
As it turns out, everyone was in place by 9:20, but since the judge had been told 9:40, that's what we all waited for.
 
There were 29 countries (!) represented by the 45 people, with Iraq (5 people) leading the way.
 
The 45 people were not given the chance to speak (thank goodness - we'd still be there!), but the judge was fabulous, encouraged pictures, and the dignitaries stood with the new citizens so that pictures could be taken.  I was so touched - if someone was there without a support person (family or friend), the kind ladies from The League of Women Voters took the pictures.  The youngest new citizen appeared to be 21 or 22, and the oldest appeared to be in her 70s.  The House of Representatives was represented by the Rep from the 20th district (Albany), and he gave a lovely speech.  He was second generation from Eastern Europe, and was very welcoming.  The judge's last words to the group were said as he spread his arms wide to acknowledge everyone in the courtroom, "THIS is America."  So different from what our current leader is saying...

Finally had the chance to jump on here and post! I was surprised that I was scheduled for an interview a week after I got my Bio done - but I will take anything just to get this done and over with... wish me luck!!! 

Finally get to mark myself red, I'm officially a U.S. citizen! There were 99 people including myself became naturalized U.S. citizens in the ceremony. Each was seated by a seating number that was given to you, and that was the same order they go by when handing out the certificate. A Welcome Packet was handed out, inside the packet you will get a passport application, a small American flag, The Citizen's Almanac, etc. The auditorium was pretty packed, and the ceremony took about 3 hours. Thank you to VisaJourney and thank you to everyone who shared their timeline and experiences.

Took my oath on Saturday, finally US citizen. Thanks VJ's.

I had my appointment today at 10am and it went very well. Lasted about 30 minutes and my status is now in line for oath ceremony. I had a pending I 751 too (removal of conditions) My spouse had to travel for work and wasn’t with me but that wasn’t an issue. They asked the usual citizenship questions and after completing that they asked for proof of bonafide marriage (taxes, insurance,mortgage,bank etc ). They told me that I was approved and should hear from them about a date in a few weeks. My status changed online immediately to in line for oath. Glad to be almost done with the process.

Done! It was a relatively short ceremony (checking us all in took longer than the actual ceremony), with 47 people from 22 countries being naturalized today. I was trying not to cry, but it was hard when I saw a fully grown man tearing up
I'm elated and tired from all the emotions of the day, and proud to be a citizen of these United States! 
Now to get my passport and register to vote.

My oath ceremony notice was mailed out yesterday too

Hi all,
Just an update. I had my interview on Monday 08/06/2018 and I just received email notice an hour ago saying my oath ceremony has been scheduled and Mail sent out.
Glad I’m almost getting done with this after over a year. 

I went in for my interview yesterday. I was the last appointment, the room was empty and nobody came out to call my name. I almost got up to ask someone if they forgot about me or something, then the lady interviewer came out and called my name. I went in with my husband. On the way to her office she explained that it will be two interviews and I will not be getting the oath letter today like everyone else because my i-751 has to be approved first. When we got in her office she asked me to sit directly in front so that she could see my face. She explained that we would be doing the civic, reading and writing test first then the N400 questions then the i-751 interview.
READING- How many senators do we have?
WRITING- We have 100 Senators.
CIVIC TEST- What happened on September 11?
                       What is the national anthem?
                       Who is my senator?
                       Why does the flag have 13 stripes?
                       What o the rule of law?
                       How old do you have to be to vote for the president?
She asked for new evidence all I gave was the new tax return and drivers licenses with new addresses, we move 2 weeks ago so she updated the addresses in both N400 and i-751. She went over past employment, old addresses, evidence I uploaded and then she asked the yes or no question. She moved on to the i-751 and basically just answered her own questions( she asked the questions out loud and she also answered then out loud because it was the same info from the N400) the only thing she asked my husband was to swear to tell the truth and him saying yes that's my social and yes that's my name. 
 
Woke up this morning to messages that my card is being produced and i was put in line for oath ceremony. 
 
 

Hi guys, I had my interview and now I’m almost a citizen!!! My officer was a very nice guy, him didn’t knew nothing about my pending ROC until I tell him. Him did everything to getting all my cases done. Thanks God and the advices that I read here, my husband was there  And somebody bring him to the interview room, the officer didn’t ask nothing about our relationship, him ask some proofs, whit no pressure, then I gave to him pictures, utility bills, mortgage, healthy insurance, car insurance, mortgage and bank account and credit card statement, him ask me for house insurance, which I forgot, and him told me that was completely fine, and also I gave him my kids birth certificates, him bind all the copies that I provided on my huge file, next I did the civic test. Him slowed my husband to stay but in silence at this point. After him asked me the yes/no questions and confirm some informations that I put in my form, like job and travels. Him also did a new form because I want change my name and I was a little confused about it, actually my green card have my married name, so I didn’t ask at the form to change, but him told me, my original name still the same as my passport, and will change at the oath. After that him gave me a approval letter, and told me to wait my oath letter by mail very soon. I hope all you guys have the same luck that I have with this kindness officer.  God bless you all!   

Yes. And I got it back in the mail the same day I received my passport. 

I would go with what everyone is saying. Follow the process as they've prescribed it, or you may risk your case falling into the cracks, which for USCIS can be months.
 
I personally had to travel 5 hours and spent north of $300 on travel, transportation and accommodate, for just one day, in order to attend my interview. They wanted me to redo it again for the oath, and I was ready although it fell on my first week of classes. Thankfully my oath was rescheduled locally, for the same day.

case update  today from my account that the PDF notice shows my interview is scheduled on 9/17 Monday . My wife is also scheduled on the same day.

I don't know about the online status, but just wanted to say congrats!

Update: Oath ceremony will be August 24, 2018 at 7:30 AM in Nashville, TN.
