hi! i dont know if this post is helpful but for those who requested a transfer of country for processing k1 visa (before receiving NOA2), for us it worked. we sent a letter requesting the transfer last June and they acknowledged request.

Good day! Pardon my lack of knowledge but I’ll ask here anyway cos i know i can a get proper response im getting overwhelmed by details.😪
our request for transfer to another embassy/consulate was granted. (This request was done when we were both confused/planning but then NVC acknowledged request)
Interview will be now in the Philippines instead of UAE. So, can i set an appointment online and pay for it before coming to Ph? My objective is to set an appointment long and right enough to prepare And file resignation etc.
thanks!

You will be receiving the hard copy of your noa2 any day from now. No sis, the letter(noa2 hardcopy) wont state which embassy. You will know upon calling nvc about your case number. Or you can also email them at ASKNVC@state.gov they are very responsive. If you wish for a transfer, i suggest do everything you can while it’s still in the nvc. Call them, email them everytime til they acknowledge your embassy transfer.
Thanks a lot sis! You can see that i am not well-versed about the whole process. haha i did not read enough about or cant catch up with the topics here. Thanks! we will call/email them. have a blessed day!

Just a question - I am the beneficiary, and I haven't received any letter yet (we got approved 8th Aug). Will the letter state which NVC to process the visa? Cos we requested to change the address to Phil (2 months back) but we didn't receive any confirmation if they got our request. Thanks a lot! Have a good day.

Stopped by my local BofA, it's a standard process, just ask for the visa sponsorship letter. BofA will mail it to you and it takes 3-5 days to get in hand.

Awesome, that's great info @Jaquelly and @Alabamak1! I'll go to the local branch today and update this thread.
Somewhat related, is an electronic tax transcript OK? It seems like the mailed version takes 10 days (https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript).

Hello, our I-129F was recently approved and now I'm beginning to gather all the evidence required for the I-134. I am the petitioner.
I'm currently banking with Bank of America and obtaining a letter in the form that USCIS wants is not something they can accommodate from what I've found.
I've also seen other threads on this forum that a letter from my bank is not necessary if I am able to provide 2017 tax transcripts showing income above 125% the poverty guidelines.
Does anyone know the current amount to be above the poverty guidelines?
If I'm over 125%, can I just submit a copy of my tax transcripts and the letter from my employer (full time employee) as supporting evidence?
Thanks in advance and have a blessed one! -
