Checked the "new site" just now and we are approved. Praying for good things for those in the wait!
 
I had 1 of the worst weekends of tremendous trifles... sofa broke, light bulbs burning out, computer overheated (cpu pump fried), misplaced ID just before talking to a heavily armed guard... I jokingly told Sarah "man this NOA2 really is sucking the power from everything in life, maybe we will hear something good next week". Then 1 hour later I looked, and boom. No email notice, just new site updated with Friday's date.

If it passed the date then it simply wasn't meant to be our time... Then I'll just wait til Mr @Greenbaum post the next date again and wait til then.

I'm sure he must have a solid reason but I'm unsure what that will be....after checking online I walked out the office so no-one saw me ugly cry while I called my fianceé (USC) and let her know! 😂

For those of you who are still waiting... Please please PLEASE chin up, smile, focus on idk, teasing each other what would it be like to finally share a blanket later for life maybe. Please don't let all these process changed your relationship and yourself into something you are going to regret.

I’m so ready to move from video chats with poor connections, losing sleep over time zone difference to an actual conversation with him, face to face...I’ve used up all the possible emojis. Can’t wait for actual face expressions 😁(NOA1 is June 11th/14th still waiting...)

ive never seen you get short like that. we're all allowed bad days, no matter our reasons. its a trying process, for sure.stay strong, my friend, paul and I were talking about how much we hope yours comes in soon, earlier today (((((Hugs))))))

Didn't see a December thread started so here it is. Congratulations on the submission of your K1 visa application. This forum will be very helpful to you through your visa process "journey" as we call it here. If you have not done so yet please fill out your time line as it makes it easier for other VJers to assist you if you should have any questions later on during your journey.
 
Best advice, is remember why you have submitted your K1 application and do not set very high expectations of the process. Current processing times according to USCIS are 5 to 7 months (for case adjudication only), some could be sooner some much later.

Submitted i129-5 on Sept 5, 2017 to the CSC, with an RFE and many calls and inquiries to both USCIS and the congressman we were finally approved on Nov 30,2018! A year and a half later with no answers, stuck in security checks and out of the blue we got the approval NOA2!
 😁 Was starting to lose hope but it will happen and can take forever it seems! Hang in there guys!

Some embassy's are requiring a wet signature for the I-134. Just a few weeks ago someone finished their interview and received a 221(g) due to no wet signature. Besides embassy's are under DOS and not USCIS. Different entity's with different rules. So to be safe, I recommend that you email your embassy for clarification.
 
Indonesia requires a wet signature. Nigeria at one time required it but they have recently changed their policy.

I actually can't believe this, we got our approval today!  NOA1 June 25th, NOA2 November 30th! So damn happy!! What a start to the weekend! Hoping you all get your approvals soon!

Approved. I just thought meh I'm at work and it's Friday, I'll have a quick check and POW! I don't care that I'm in the office, yes I ugly cried, yes I swore, yes I cheered and most importantly YES we are approved!
 
Checked last night and wasn't updated but checked today and here we are! 
NOA1: June 14th 
NOA2: November 29th!

Had my interview today, visa approved! They said I should get it next week

Sarge puppies solve many problems. I'm so sorry that you ( a valuable contributor to this thread) are still in limbo. From week one I wanted to see you be the first noa2. I'm not on much but you try to get people to keep a cool head even now when yours is probably boiling

I will be researching on the forums/website for next steps and how I can hopefully save some time in next steps.
 
PS: I didn't receive an email.  I recommend using "Case Tracker" App on Android (and USCIS for IOS??), and it will show alert when you are approved.

So, the case tracker said APPROVED as of today but the new USCIS site just says "received", the old site says "APPROVED". This is common, correct? Old site NOA1 June 14th, new site NOA1 June 19th. I just cried and cried with joy, relief, excitement... the famous "ugly cry"...lol

Interview booked for January 11th so I can still visit my fiancé for two weeks over Christmas as planned.
