I received my EAD/AP card in the mail yesterday too. Went to the SS office near me to apply for an SSN (with passport and EAD card in hand) and was in and out in about 30 min (I know, when does that even happen lol). 
 
I did not check the box when I did my AOS.
 

Received an email notification yesterday that my case status has changed to "Interview was scheduled". My field office is San Francisco.
 
I suppose I should be happy but I'm also a bit bummed out. I have tickets to fly back home to Malaysia (summer holidays!) next month and I think the interview date will clash with the dates of my vacation 

Did they ask you for a return ticket upon your return to the US? I have two separate tickets (one way tickets) flying to Asia for July and flying back to the US in Aug 2019. I wonder if it will be an issue....

We had our AOS interview yesterday at the Detroit Field office and we got approved on the Spot . Our appointment is at 11:20AM and we reached there and passed through the security around 11:00. And we waited in the large waiting area for about 40 minutes until the Office called my name for the interview. The IO is a very sweet middle aged white lady and she appeared to have gone through my application thoroughly and the moment we walked into her office, she said she doesn't have any questions about the validity of my marriage and she just need to verify some basic information and she would approve my green-card. Everything went very smooth. She just verified the stuff on the forms like my DOB, parents names, current address and when i came into US, what visa statuses i had and so on. And then the mandatory YES/NO questions from form I-485. And then she asked my wife if its her signature on the forms and she checked with me about my signatures as well. The interview lasted for about 15 or 20 minutes and at the end, she said she just approved the Green-card and she ordered for the card. I requested to see if she can place the I-551 stamp on my passport but she said it's only required if I am travelling within the next one or two weeks outside the USA. So I didn't get a stamp on my passport. She explained about the conditional residency and we need to apply for ROC in about 21 months and made us sign a document referring to the 2 year conditional residency and removal of conditions. And we thanked the Immigration officer for her help and support and she walked us out to the waiting area and we thanked her and said good bye for now.
 
So overall it was a great experience and very easy than i expected. The IO did't even ask for any originals or any documents. We brought with us a whole bunch of documents and 4 albums of pictures. But she did't even look at them. So I believe a strong application with good explanation letter about evolution of relationship helped us alot. The IO even commented it to my wife who wrote the "Evolution of relationship letter" that she loved how my wife explained everything in her letter addressing the officer.
 
I thank you all the VJ filers for their valuable support and advice they gave me through this AOS journey and I wish you all the very best and hoping for your AOS to go as smoothly as possible. 😁

Correct. I only ever got status updates for my EAD. My AP case still shows "Case was received".
 
I got my EAD combo card in the mail earlier this week (which will show that it also serves as an Advance Parole).

No, it's sent in a USPS priority mail envelope. It doesn't require a signature.

So amazingly, I received my EAD/AP card today. There were no updates online/text that my card had been mailed, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it in the mailbox. 
 
Literally just received an email and text update (while typing this) saying that the post office delivered my card today  (tracking number was listed as "UNAVAILABLE").
 
Going to SSN office first thing in the morning to apply for one!

Did you finally get an update that your card has been mailed? Our case was approved on the 14th and the card was in production a few days later, but nothing since then. Very curious!

I know that feeling! We are entering the second week of receiving the approval letter/case status changing to "Card in production" but no updates since then. I'm just so eager to have the card in the mail to finally get things going! Ugh so close yet so far!

Just got the online update that my EAD/AP combo card is approved and its in production. Yaay .....
(PD: June 1st 2018.)
Good luck for everyone waiting patiently for your EAD/AP cards, I am sure the NBC is processing June filers now.😁

I can't say for sure, but if I had to take a guess....I'd say no. I may have moved but I moved within the same city, only 3 miles away haha so my processing office remained the same. If anything, I was afraid it would prolong the process since they'd now have to deal with an extra step (with the change of add). 
 
My personal feeling is that they've only started processing May AP/EAD so you'll get there sooner or later, just a matter of time (let's hope sooner!!).

USPS will forward any and all mail (except marketing pamphlets) from your old address to your new address. In fact, I had one USCIS mail forwarded to us at our new address. You can do the forwarding order/request online (at USPS). I suggest you still do it, just in case. It takes about a week to process.
 
Also sign up for informed delivery if you haven't already.

The USPS forward your mail for six months if you fill out the forwarding request form at your local post office.
