you had the same thing i had the 2018 tax i sent my pp and scanned the 2018 tax they sent it all back and they called me asking why i sent the documents without scanning required tax paper i clarified to the lady i already scanned it and on which date and where she found it while she was on phone with me so i sent back again the yellow paper and passport same day for second time and after that changed to AP and then issued withing 5 days if you send the tax and the amount is above needed they will issue it keep an eye on tracker of CEAC what it changes to.

I included them for my husband while he was living in Egypt there was no issues, they never assumed he was in the states by a photo.

The birth certificate from CSO  the one in Arabic and English with the foreign affair stamps is the correct one to upload i upload that on my case had no problem with it i upload the Arabic one and the half arabic half english one all in one pdf and it was accepted.

i also got a cd for the x-ray but outside the envelope.. it wasn’t looked at all at the POE

my husband was not giving a print out of the X-ray just the CD, and medical report all in one sealed package.

Both!   Trust me I know.  I am a year in the process and still waiting for a CC at NVC.  I am right here with you.

I pray that things go faster!  Based of VJ and those reporting their times, I didn't see any October or November CR1/IR1 interviews.  But, I did see some K1's.

From some of my friends and VJ-ers it’s been average 4-5 months for a interview for CR1. And yes, for some reason K1 are getting priority over CR1/IR1.  

Do you know anything about ir5 ?

I did already, I had My doubt and when i face her with the facts she told me the truth that she's with someone, anyway she said many things that make me sure i wont continue with her..not only the cheating part…….

Expunged or not doesn't matter.  You have to report the arrest and give the information that is required.  Your refusal would be for not disclosing the information.  The arrest won't matter as much as your honesty in reporting it.  
 
Answer "yes" to the arrest question and always be honest...
 
Here is why.  I was arrested in 1990 for a misdemeanor battery.  The charges were dropped and the arrest was expunged.  There is NO public record at the arresting department, county court or state.  It is completely off my public record.  I followed advice of an agency I paid to help me and I answered "no".  After all, the arrest was removed by the circuit court and no record of it exists at all.  We were denied during AP AFTER THE INTERVIEW because I failed to disclose information.  The arrest would not impact the petition but not disclosing it did.  Just ALWAYS be honest.  They know and they have access to the Federal Crime Database.  There may be no public records but they are NEVER removed from the Federal database.
 
If you read the directions closely (I didn't) it states to report ANY arrest even if expunged and even if someone tells you not to disclose it.  I really wish I looked closer when I originally filed.
 
All this is due to the Adam Walsh Act and the IMBRA Law.  The US Government wants to make sure that the beneficiary really knows all about the petitioner.  There are no criminal background questions on the I-130 (Spousal visa).

@Sdkmu , @tawakol,  I am in the same boat as you both. Based on the feeback from other members who went through the interview waiting time over the past few months, it appears interview scheduling should be this week continuing into next Week, which is first Week of October.
 
I agree, calling NVC is no help. It is like another black box in the state department process. Hopefully the last one of them.
