We were approved on June 7. I reached out to my congresswoman on June 1 (Friday) and she followed up with USCIS on June 4 (first thing Monday morning) and an employee of her office actually called and left me a voicemail to tell me I was approved. USCIS also updated her office. Try the congressional step. The old website and app have not updated at all. The new website updated 2 days late. The letter arrived today (June 9).

My fiancé asked the help with the congressman last Friday. He answered this monday saying that he opened a congressional inquiry with USCIS. So I really think talking to congressman may have helped.

I am November 2, 2017 and waiting for NOA2 as well. Where were you able to submit an e-request online? I was told yesterday it was disabled BUT there are several different links across the website? When did you do it and can you link me to the specific form? You can also email the ombudsman (cisombudsman.publicaffairs@hq.dhs.gov) and they will auto-reply with a link to a form to file a follow-up.

I had a 13 minute call with the Tier 2 agent and he was bizarre & unprofessional. He said things like "You can file a complaint if you want to." (I never mentioned complaints at all and was cheery, happy, overly sweet as to not upset him). He didn't provide any identifying information (only last name when I asked). Wasn't able to confirm if I was inside or outside of normal processing times. Completely missed that I already had my Congresswoman reach out on my behalf. Strangely interpreted the Congresswoman step as lobbying a "complaint." He did communicate that the e-request form on USCIS has been disabled and to email as "reminder." When I said "Thank you sir, I will do that and communicate the points you recommended." He fired back with "No, no, no I'm NOT making a recommendation." Bizarre, bizarre. 

I just spoke to a Tier 2 officer and she submitted a request to the CSC office to inquire since our case is outside of the normal processing time of 210 days.  
 
We are currently at 215 days.  Noa1 Nov2nd.
 
She said I should receive a letter from the CSC service center by June 20th with an update/explanation. She was very nice, so that helps. Really wish she had some magical info for us though 🙄
 
Praying the first week of November gets some attention this week!! 🙂

I did have to fax over a privacy release statement to my congresswoman so that she would then contact USCIS on my behalf. I am going to fill out the online form now and call at 11 AM EST / 8AM PST (so, in 20 minutes).

Guys... we just got approved! I can barely type I’m so excited!! Day 208. 
 
I recieved an an email first, and then the old website updated. I haven’t checked the new one yet but I will let you know what it says. 

Hey, everyone. I have been a lurker for a long time don't really write on here. But we got approved on the 30th and neither one of the websites updated. I randomly called uscis yesterday and they told me there was a decision on my case but couldn't tell me what it was. So when I got home I checked the new website and  we were approved.
NOA1 24th. idk if this helps but i was approved the day after my congressman call to find out about my case.
 
i wanted to thank you guys for all the information on here. It helps so so much. Best of luck to everyone still waiting. I know I was going crazy with the anticipation.

I am the same NOA1 as you. Where are you seeing the official processing date and what is your follow-up for when / if they pass our NOA1 date without word from them? Thanks!

I received an email this morning from the new website and it was updated when I got there! I'm about to cry from happiness - we're going to be able to get married on our planned date at the end of September without any clouds hanging over our heads! Praise God!!

Nov 2nd NOA1 on old website and Nov 6th on new website, just opened up the new website and we are approved (May 14th)! 193 days total so just hang in there guys. 
 
Also check both sites diligently, old website still says received. 

Trust me I remember that your husband did that LOL I told my fiance and made him double check everything 3 times that's why I came here LOL

Happy to say that my fiancé picked up his passport this morning and he will be here on friday😊😊😊😊😊. Just remember to have your appt letter to pick up your passport at DHL. They need to scan the letter to give you the package. Thank you to all that have help me throughout this process. It was stressful but I made it with y'all help. I'll be here to help those in need. Next stop AOS

All my November Fellows. If you like to talk o Tier 2 . Please Follow these steps and You will be Transfer to Tier 2 without any Stress. 
 
1. Dial the number. 1800-375-5283
2. Once it starts Ringing, don't PRESS ANY BUTTON ON YOUR KEYPAD.
3. After 2 to 5 minutes, you'll be transferred to a Spanish Speaker.
4. Let the Spanish Speaker wind down, then Say, "English Please".
5. Once he/she gives the same spill in English, pose your question or ask very Politely to be transferred to an ISO, a Tier 2 Human.
 
**Note: I personally Setup my Tier 2 call via this method and It work out for me.
