My concern is that I used our US address instead of Ghana address and the email said they will mail it to the US address but then i emailed them and they said they will hold it at DHL. I really hope they dont mail it to the US.

My spouse  (USC) changed her name and took my last while our case was at USCIS. Does she have to notify them on the name change or wait until NVC stage. Anyway we received an rfe on a different matter. So should we add the name change notice to the RFE or just wait till NVC.
