We just got ours this past Monday. Our embassy is Sweden as well. I believe NVC needs to assign their new case number and send to the embassy before we can make interview and med appointments. 

Awesome. we have the same dates but I signed up for informed delivery and nothing came up yet. Ough!!!
 
FYI: Based on a December filer....they called and grilled them a bit and was informed that they are having computer problems and hopefully it will be back up by Monday. I hope that explains the 3 days of silence.

Oh my God! We got approved. My fiancee just called me to tell me that and sent a copy of our approval to me. Apparently we got approved on the 10th of July and received the hard copy today.

Hmmm must be where our file is and those in November who are still waiting....we are in someone home 🤪 and...:they went on vacation and have not turned in their box. 😭 Just kidding....trying to find humor in all of this. Wishing we were one of the lucky ones 😏. Hoping January filers don’t have to deal with this same torture.

Yeh that makes sense. Probably  they are working on cases right now and people gonna load up the page with approvals soon.

It’s almost the weekend, guys! Do something nice for yourself. The best thing we can do is look after ourselves in this next stage. It’s always a slow start when they begin a month but never fear, we will rain approvals one day soon!

@SilverMonk that is an ideal scenario however buying a ticket last minute to Cape Town is not ideal....lol So I will go in September and hopefully go to the interview with him and he will have to come back on his own...however I am still going back and forward because I would love to accompany him back to the USA the other factor is that I will only have 2 weeks stay with him so I have to plan it wisely you know the good ole USA vacation in fortune 500 companies   however I am hoping whatever I choose to do I will get the best bang for my buck plus I want to hand deliver the AOS I tried scanning it and its not a clear copy and to send it is very expensive.... I know I have rambled a lot in this msg but I am trying to think through all of this at the moment and make the best decision lol

Oh boyyyy. Guess what? I moved an hour away from the California center. I wish i could go there and ask whats going on but i dont think it works like that lol

We was Jan 23th in the old web side and now We are Jan 26th in the new one... so Yes... by the end of the month or begin Aug will be receive the approval! I can not wait to be with my future husband forever!!! I miss him like crazy...:(

Guys, I know how everyone is feeling but we need to keep the faith. Any day now we will be flooded with approvals, sometimes when they are this quiet it means we will have an approval avalanche in the mail or on the websites. They've barely scratched the end of December but they've touched all the numbers so we are definitely next. Like november and december the first week they started touching the months it was just a couple of cases here and there (like we've seen already) and then the next weeks it really started gaining steam. Almost there...

My date but not my approval unfortunately. You would have seen much bigger excitement from me, trust me 😂😊
