It's for Canada, but I'm assuming it works for anyone trying to get a police certificate.
 
Assuming you are not living in Israel right now, it says that you can apply for a police certificate at your nearest Israeli embassy or consulate. 
 
Hopefully, you can give the one in your country a call and see what they recommend for you

We r August 24th filer. And my finance called USCIS yesterday requesting to talk to tier 2. He said they approved our case last Friday, but hasn’t sent our paper noa2 out. No update anywhere. 😂

I think process to approval and then to the notice there actually a significant time difference. We just don't realize it!

I completely understand every word you said. Thank you for all of your sacrifices just to make people's mind at ease. (Geez, I feel like crying) What happened in here? I thought August thread will be more relaxed as things moved quickly beyond our expectations compared to the previous months? I am so happy when they started August but not to the extent of celebrating because I know that there are still people waiting from the previous months. My heart is even still bleeding for dear @JSCGPV because until now they (uscis) can't give him proper answers about his case. And now I am happy that they already started your month because I know that there is progress about the process. I won't even complain and be super duper mega happy when you'll get approved before me. You really have a special place in my heart, girl. Thank you
 
Anyway, I wish everyone well. Tomorrow is a new day, let's look forward to it with hope and positivity
