Just letting you guys know, we got our Noa2 in the mail today. No websites were updated. 
We got the letter today (July 6th), but it is dated July 2nd. 
 
Noa1 old website: 12/22
Noa1 new website: 12/27
Noa2: 07/02

Again, No Updates in Today's Scan.... I'll check next week, but it looks like the old website is no longer being updated.

I wish life were that easy. If all our options were denied (knock on wood) we'd be devastated. He is in no position to move to my country because he has kids that need him. Their mother is deceased and he is all they have. I can't ask him to uproot two teenagers and drag them to a country they never heard of before where everyone speaks a language they don't know and expect them to do well. Or leave his other two who are already out of the house but still rely on dad when they get in a tight spot. It's hard enough being a stepmom to older children. Imagine the resentment and what that would do to the relationship between him, me and the children.
I don't know OP but I think we should be a bit more careful judging when we don't know the whole story. 

Thank you Lord, we were approved June 1, 2018. Just got back home from 4 days of camping in southern Colorado.

1) Received email June 2 at 4:56 am, notifying us "We have taken an action on your case"
2) New website was updated with: Approved
3) Old website still says: Received.
4) Received our I-797 Notice of action with "Notice Date" May 31, 2018 today June 4th in the mail.
          a) So what is our NOA2 date June 1st, 2018 listed on the new website or notice date on the I-797 May 31st, 2018?
 
I am praying everyone here that they would receive their approvals soon.
 

If you start your scan with the first wac number of December you should not have any November cases in there.

It just got updated on the new website. 😍😁

Ladies and Gentlemen, the first real December scan is a fact:
 
5 approvals
1 RFE
1 notice of action (serious RFE with short time limit)
1 withdrawal notice
 

Problems are solved, scan is running. Update coming... 

Midday scan - 43 updates.
 
6th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 20th,  21st, 22nd, 24th have updates today.
 
Mostly RFEs with a few Approvals. We'll check back tonight with full details posted.

We have filed for the marriage license which will be ready on June 5.  I am going back to the Philippines on June 8 and the wedding is scheduled for June 11.  After that we will wait on the marriage certificate and I will file the CR-1.  Then the waiting game starts.  At least we will be married and I would have established the step father relationship with the kids.

So', I'm bored and decided to look at some data and make some guesses...
 
According to VisaJourney data, there are 310 K-1s in the VJ database for November 2017. 91 of those have received NOA2.  
That gives us a 29.3% NOA2 rate (approvals) thus far.
 
If we extrapolate that all to all November cases that weren't rejected in the beginning, 3374, that would mean 978 approvals have potentially happened if we can assume non VJ members are being approved at the same rate as VJ members who have updated their timelines. And we know that some VJ members haven't updated their timelines since the first entry, so this is possibly a little low. Our current known RFE rate is about 80% of the known approved cases, so the same ratios would mean there are possibly 783 cases in RFE status.
 
This would be 1761 cases approved or in RFE using these extrapolated estimates.  In our scans, we're only showing 881.... so that would mean possible a 50% silent rate now; which is not too surprising if the historical rate was 30% and they are now starting to use the new system more and more and probably use the old system less and less. We have seen a lot of people posting the old website wasn't updated for them, so I think this is somewhat believable.
 
If it's true, that 1761 cases have been touched... We'd be just 50% of the way finished now and I'd expect them to do a lot of cases next week and then start December June 4th following week while they finish up November. I would say if we do happen to see a tiny trickle of December cases next week, then these estimates are pretty accurate. Let's see what happens. I'm starting to revise my December start date a bit closer...

I would say those of us November filers still waiting have a very high chance of getting our approvals or an RFE in the next 2 weeks.

So my friend, he's a July filer... and he had to wait something like 227 days for NOA2, as back in July they were at peak slowness.
His fiancee had her interview last week on the 3rd, got approved, and he's going to fly her home later this month. 
 
I know this doesn't really help those of you anxious and waiting, but for me personally, I find hope in seeing my friend's journey and know our time is coming soon.
 
Try not to dwell on the wait, 5 years from now, these few extra weeks won't even be a worry. Think long term, this is all worth the wait!
